So, I went to Airrosti after having received chiropractic treatment for 6 months for low back/hip pain. While the pain had been reduced through the treatment, many everyday activities still caused flare ups and set backs. I met Amanda at a health and wellness fair and decided to go try the treatment. I had nothing to lose at this point, and I didn't want to just settle for pain the rest of my life, nor did I want to just go to my PCP and get narcotic pain meds. I won't lie - the treatment was intense. I had so many issues that were presenting as pain in the SI joint area, but Amanda and Rebekah worked patiently with me. They also recommended a functional medicine doctor after noticing widespread inflation. I appreciated that they cared enough to bring it to my attention and make suggestions. After a little over a month (6 treatments), I was at 95% pain reduction and was released. I continue to do my strenthening and mobility exercises, and while I wouldn't say I'm at 100% yet, I am well on the way. Dr. Gibson was extremely thorough in her treatment. As it was that I went in for shoulder pain, during her examination, Dr. Gibson spotted other muscular areas with which I was experiencing pain/discomfort. She significantly lessened my shoulder pain; a condition which a medical doctor said would require surgery. She also helped lessen the side effects of an electromyography procedure that had caused significant loss in the use of my hand. Rebekah's follow-up instruction allowed me to continue exercises at home, which is keeping the pain at bay. The theory behind Airrosti was extremely reasonable to me and helped me stay away from medications and surgeries that I was earlier told would be required. I'm a nearly 43 year old martial arts instructor and I've been going to Dr. Amanda Gibson for a couple of years. I'm an active competitor and often have mild to severe body aches. Airrosti is a great place to help you get back on your feet with regards to any aches, pains or injuries that may come your way! I've gone there with both knee pain and shoulder/arm pain, and Dr. Gibson really tries to pinpoint the source of the pain and focuses on those areas. Then she sends you over to Rebekah who gives you exercises or stretches for those areas and makes sure you are rehabbing so that you are back to your normal life in no time. They have flexible appointments, are always on time, and have great customer service. They also take most insurance. Unlike many places, their goals are to get you healed or to where you can move on with self-care after 2-3 visits. read more

I am so glad I found Dr Gibson and Arrosti Therapy. Due to a fall I had months before I got treatment, my right leg had started causing me a lot of pain. Walking had become difficult and I was often unable to fall asleep due to the discomfort. I was also taking a lot of ibuprofen everyday Immediately after being treated by Dr Gibson my pain was 85% relieved and I walked out of the office grateful for such improvement. After my second treatment my leg is 95% back to normal. I will continue to do the physical therapy suggested and feel sure that I should have no more issues with my leg. Dr.Gibson has surpassed my expectations, I really enjoy my visits with her. She always fixes my issue within 2 visits. She's a pleasure to talk with and I've learned so much from her about how the body works and what I can do to improve my issues. I had a injury to my hand due RMI from work and Dr. Gibson and Rebecca helped me to recognize the problem area and show how to manage it. Came back again due a fall which affected the same hand.
