I love AIRROSTI, Dr. Lara and Max. I have lived with pain for 36 years after a running injury. I went to countless doctors, specialists, and therapists. They ordered x-rays and MRIs. They couldn't find the source of my pain. They gave me many different medications some with very damaging side effects. One doctor injected steroids as a final measure that would supposedly provide a year of relief. It lasted one week. I stopped taking medications for fear of the damage to my body, but that meant that I would wake up in tears in the middle of the night with severe pain. I finally bought a walker that I would place next to my bed so I could walk. I am only 51 years old and felt helpless. I joined a running club thinking that it was either going to make it better or make it worse, but I refused to sit at home. It was there that Dr. Lara and Max were invited to teach us how to do some stretches. Dr. Lara evaluated me and suggested that I go see her. I was so anxious and skeptical besides being scared of maybe coming out worse. This was the furthest from what happened. At the first visit, I saw amazing differences. I was able to stand on my tiptoes. I was not able to do that before and that was just the beginning. I was able to sleep without any pain. I was amazed by the results. I have gone with them a total of 3 times and I feel so much better. I actually have NO PAIN after 36 years. I could not believe that in 3 weeks my problem could be solved. I will forever be grateful for everything they have done for me. If you have pain, I would suggest that you try Dr. Lara. I would describe the treatment somewhat like acupressure. I will be honest. It hurts quite a bit, but I would rather be in pain for 30 minutes while she does her work that the 36 years of torture that I had to endure. I decided to seek help from Airrosti because I knew they you could help me. I was not wrong. I was suffering from a pain on the left side of my left leg due to running too many miles since I was training for a full marathon and the marathon was a few days away. It was so easy to make the appointment and the lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and understanding. As I got the the facility, the staff was very nice, kind, patience and approachable. Dr. Lara is the best, as soon as I explained to her my problem, she knew exactly what to do and she was able to fixed me on my first visit. Max does an awesome job explaining the stretches and exercises you need to follow at home. The marathon was a total success. I ran it completely pain-free. I'm so grateful! I went to Airrosti because I was desperate after dealing with terrible plantar fasciitis heel and foot pain for almost 3 years. After 4 visits over only a week and a half, I have had a significant improvement and keep getting better every day. I am nearly pain free. Dr. Lara and Mr. Max saved my knee. 3 visits and sticking to the excersises that were given was key. I was super skeptical that 3 treatments would take away 2 months of lower back pain after an exercise injury. I felt like I would never sleep without pain again. I honestly don't know what I would do without Airrosti. I went to a chiropractor for a year and a massage therapist for two years with only temporary relief to my back pain.
