I began my treatment at MVP Physical Therapy on Cox Rd in Henrico, VA, in January 2026. My…read moresituation is complicated, and after seeing many specialists, MVP was my last resort. From the first day, the entire staff treated me with warmth, respect, and genuine kindness. They listened carefully, studied my condition in detail, and worked together to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to me. At every follow-up visit, they paid close attention to my progress, adjusting the exercises thoughtfully and introducing new ones only when appropriate. Before starting therapy, I lived with constant chronic pain and could barely walk. Today, I can walk with little -- and sometimes no -- pain. For me, that is a tremendous change. I want to thank Karen Myers, Shawn Lambert, Melanie Springston, Sarah Kate Simmons, and Rose. Their dedication and expertise are truly exceptional. And a very special thank you to Melanie Springston. I am deeply grateful she was assigned to treat me. She is compassionate, attentive, and extraordinarily skilled -- her hands truly work wonders. From Satik Movsesian.

This was an interesting experience - I can't see going back…read more Making the appointment was a challenge. Yvette didn't seem to understand "PO Box" and repeatedly asked for a street name, so I made one up. Ten minutes later I had an appointment for the same week as a new patient but wasn't confident that they took my insurance. Turns out they did, so I went. The ladies behind the desk were very nice. I was shown into a room and Dr. Stadler arrived quickly. She's direct and a close talker; she began peppering me with questions while someone else started taking my BP. It was hot in the room, I was leaning against the exam table, answering questions left and right. Dr. Stadler asked if my BP had ever been as ridiculously high as they said it was - never in my life, but then I'd never stood up and been quizzed in a hot room either. The door was open to the back hall and people kept coming in or stopping by. Her kids were leaving so she had them come in the room (after asking me if it was okay). Dr. Stadler said she would have acted differently than I did when given certain information about a medical condition (as though I and probably everyone can learn much from her). She asked if I needed anything else while I was there; I mentioned a dermatological issue so she wrote a prescription (which turned out to be useless according to my dermatologist and my skin, so I wasted $40) and increased another medication because my reported level wasn't high enough (even though it's close to the top of the acceptable lab range). I made an appointment for the nutritionist at her suggestion but canceled using the form on their website. No one ever replied.

I have been going to her for some time, and she consistently is kind, listens well and is very thorough. They always act miserable and make me feel like I am ruining their life by being there. When I went for my yearly check up last week, the nurse yawned and grunted at me through the entire interaction and then just told me that I was done after the doctor was finished. The doctor had mentioned labs so when I asked if I was having that done she said, "did he say you were?" Then she told me to go to the lab and ask. I wandered around the office lost trying to find the lab and when I got there one of the lab nurses had to go hunt the doctor down to find out. I never leave reviews unless they are good. its almost a joke how ridiculously rude and incompetent these nurses are. As a very laid back person who isn't normally bothered by people, I can't be the only person who feels this way. Unfortunately I guess that I will just have to change offices and find a new provider.
