I went to see Dr. Chaney after being in pain in my right hip for years due to 2 bad car accidents within 9 days in Jan. 2015. I just dealt with the pain and kept working out and running as normal, my pain was getting worse and started to ache in my left hip as well. My fiance told me to go to Airrosti and see if they could help. No medications and no surgery! I said - OKAY, I can do that!! Dr. Chaney is very knowledgeable and explains what is going on in your body and what he is going to do and doing to correct the problem. My soft tissue in my right hip was balled up like cellophane. Every visit was 30 min working on you in the office then 30 min of stretching and exercising to assist with your healing process. In my case, it was very painful to work on the areas as it was deep tissue work, as in all the way to the bone. You could feel the knots and lumps from the injury as he worked on them. BUT - the treatment works, and works very well. I went for 4 treatments - my injuries were pretty bad, each time it got better. I can now do full squats and lunges all the way to the floor without any issue - so the full range of motion is back! I can also sleep on my right side again, which I was not able to do anymore. I can run at inclines all the way up to incline 15 now when previously it bothered me and would twitch at night if I ran at incline 5 or above.... and I can sprint again without any pain during or after my sprints. I went to see Dr. Chaney after waking up with a sore and painful neck, I sat up and felt a pop and immediate pain on the left side of my neck and down into my shoulder, the pain caused limited range of motion. I am a dental hygienist so an injury like this keeps me from working and if I don't work I don't get paid. I saw Dr. Chaney on a Wednesday morning and after explaining what Airrosti was all about, and that I should be able to get results in as few as 3 appointments and maybe less if I was one of the lucky ones we proceeded with treatment. He performed soft tissue or fascia release and minimal manipulation and I'd did not feel great but Zi felt immediate relief. I wasn't 100% better immediately but the pain was manageable and more localized. He then gave me a plan to follow at home with resistance bands and a Lacrosse ball. I did the exercises on Wednesday night and twice on Thursday morning and night. Thursday night I was able to sleep through the night and I woke up Friday morning feeling so much better. I am ecstatic to say that I don't think I need more treatment for this problem and I feel ready to return to work Monday morning. I would happily and confidently refer anyone I know to Dr. Chaney. He got right to it, and did not pull any punches, or take it easy, or sugar coat. Matter of factually I ended up only taking half of the time as my original plan. So we actually canceled appointments, because my healing was outstanding. I was referred to Dr Chaney by my family doctor for lower back pain I was experiencing that made it almost impossible to lie flat of my back or slightly reclined. We had an initial consultation where he explained what was going on and why I was experiencing the pain. After a thorough examination and some "adjustments", I was provided with an exercise plan and scheduled for two additional appointments. Within the first week my pain was greatly diminished and on my second visit, after some additional examination and discussion, Dr Chaney provided some additional exercise plan changes and told me he didn't need to see me again unless my pain returned. Dr. Chaney is very knowledgeable, courteous, funny, and very helpful. I came there to help with chronic neck pain that I've had taken steroids and NSAIDs for in the past and it would occasionally flare-up and restrict my daily activities. I went to see Dr. Chaney to see if he would help me on my chronic back pain and stiffness that would really flair up when I sleep past 6 hrs. I was skeptical a first with the treatment however he really knows what he is doing and with deep pressure on the correct muscle groups in my back, glutes and legs I was done in 3 sessions. Each session is followed up by exercises that you do at home. I'm still stiff after sleeping but without the agonizing pain. Keeping up with daily exercises should alleviate the stiffness. read more
