Beware of this place. I was initially told that, with my insurance, I would only have to pay for the first two visits, and the rest would be covered. However, when I arrived for my third visit, I was told I needed to pay for it. Wait, what? The doctor said I could go ahead and proceed, and that they would check things out with me later. Then, for my fourth visit, I was informed that my insurance didn't cover the third visit, so I didn't receive treatment and canceled the appointment on the spot. Here's the issue: when I arrived in extreme pain, I electronically signed a small print agreement that stated something entirely different from what I had been told. I didn't pay much attention to the fine print--my mistake, I admit--because I trusted the doctor's word. I was assured that the third and fourth visits would be included, but that wasn't the case. Not only did they charge me for the third visit, which I was originally told would be covered, but they also charged me for the partial fourth visit, which I canceled on the spot after being informed of the insurance issue. I hurt my lower back last week and it was painful to do anything. I made an appointment with Dr Hoang for the next day in hopes of getting some relief. Dr Hoang asked me some questions and had me try a few things and was able to quickly assess the problem and more importantly, help me feel a lot better after just the 1st treatment. I was sore afterwards, but that was to be expected. My overall treatment plan consisted of 3 visits over the period of a week. Dr Hoang provided exercises and stretches for me to continue doing at home which would help with the healing and strengthen key areas to prevent future injuries. Could not be happier with my treatment sessions here! Within two visits Dr. Hall had my calf injury completely healed and I was back to working out full time. She was able to figure out why I injured my calf and what it was related to. I have to admit I was very skeptical when I first came to Airrosti, but I trusted my trainers recommendation and she absolutely was right. I had several appointments with Dr Hall and Anjelica, they are fantastic. Super friendly, very informative, always assessing what your pains and aches are, where they are coming from, and what they are affecting. Always trying new ways to go to the source of your pains and alleviate them utilizing different modalities. What they demonstrate to you they even make it easy by offering purchases for modalities such as the Lacrosse ball for $4! I take it everywhere, even better in conjunction with a foam roller for those tight deep psoas muscles. As a therapist I also appreciated that the plan of care is to improve what ails you, but if there is no improvements with your treatments, Dr Hall offers recommendations on what the next option should be as far as who to seek out to see if your problems are potentially stemming from somewhere else (i.e GI issue presenting as back pain). I was having pain in my shoulder so intense I ended up in ER where they diagnosed pinched nerves in my neck ( cervical radiculopathy). I was a week away from seeing my neurosurgeon but desperate to get some relief so I contacted Airrosti whom I heard about from friends. the receptionist who took my call was very enthusiastic, asking detail questions about my condition. I should've recognized the red flag when she promised that they'd mitigate the pain completely after 3 sessions because they apparently see lots of patients with this "common " problem. The hook was set and I had an appointment the next day to see Dr. Moore. The first thing I noticed was there was hardly any equipment in her office other than a desk and a massage. -like bench. The sign on desk says "no Moore pain", another red flag. I showed her results from my Ct scan and the Er doctors diagnosis Which clearly indicated pinched nerves in my neck between C5and C6. After having me move my neck in every which way, dr Moore proceeded to work on my shoulder, applying so much pressure with her thumbs that caused even more excruciating pain . That was the biggest red flag because by now she must have known the cause of my pain was my neck , not the shoulder. Before I came i, I did some research and found that the treatment fir thus injury was neck decompression so I pointedly asked her about this. She did not seem interested in the discussion. She even said they do not have a decompression machine in their office. Afterwards, she went ahead and made the next appointment before sending me home with a lacrosse ball with instructions on self-administered exercises. I went home with the firm belief that dr Moore was more interested in treating my symptoms over time in the interest of garnering business rather helping me. I have been to Dr. Kelly many times for injuries the past 7+ yrs. it started with an old knee injury that had been bothering me for over 3 years and Dr. Kelly helped me with it in 3 sessions; no joke! Airrosti treatments help me SO much! I teach yoga and Pilates and workout just about every day. I guess you could say that I don't have time to be in pain lol. Dr. Rebecca Hall and Angelica are both fantastic! Dr. Hall fixed my hip and my back recently and Angelica gives me exercises that I can do at home or at my Yoga studio to keep me from injuring myself again. I was waking up every night with throbbing in my hip and it was also disturbing me while teaching. Dr Hall knows how to find the exact spots to work on and within only 4 sessions I am fixed and pain free! She won't waste your time or your money. She told me that if I am not healed after today's treatment that she would refer me out. BUT when I showed up today for my fourth treatment I told her she fixed me before we even did the fourth one. Dr. Hall also fixed my back. I had bad pain that lasted a very long time on the left side of my back and twisting was terrible. I think I saw her for either 3 or 4 visits for this issue too and I can't even tell that I ever had an issue. Had I gone to a traditional Dr. about these two issues like I used to do I would have left with a prescription and even a couple of times I was given steroid shots that didn't work. Hall and Anjelica providing very accurate, efficient and very helpful treatment of my pinched nerve in my neck which had me unable to turn my head, bend over or perform routine tasks due to the extreme pain, the worst ever. I was originally being scheduled for an MRI which was going to lead to a surgical solution. Before I proceeded to get that MRI, Airrosti was recommended to me by a friend who conveyed a similar experience so I gave it a try.
