Examples: a chandelier over the tub was mounted to a plastic box sitting directly on ceiling drywall with the cable unsecured along the attic floor; several items required rework, including a custom vanity with an off-center sink cabinet, unlevel countertops, and visibly slanted shelves; the plumbing work had multiple problems and the plumber and his sister were fired. Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.

With low-voltage wiring, what good would it do for me to have ethernet run if there were no plugs?? After a call to his boss, he did put the ends on; the first time it failed, and he had to return to the house to fix it. Yesterday I called to ask him if he could check one of the cables, which turned out to be okay; I then realized it was the plug on my camera. When I asked if he could put an ethernet plug on the outdoor camera that I have, he called his boss, who then said that they would NOT do that for me. As a result, I've had to buy another camera--and they charged me the trip charge. I won't be using this company again. They supposedly do low-voltage work, yet were unwilling to do the simplest thing. Time to find a company that can do more than run a piece of wire. This company won't last long with this kind of service.

Our power was at risk of being out for 4 days straight, and Evelyn their CS rep went above and beyond to make sure all avenues were looked at to get our power back on. Even when my landlord wouldn't! Thanks to Evelyn we were able to get power back on next days and without her would have been in a really unfortunate situation. Can't say enough good things about Evelyn and her customer service. Good to know there are still great people out there willing to go the extra mile to help those in need.

I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. We first contacted Roofing and Siding Smiths for installation of seamless gutters all around our…read morehouse just after we bought the place back in 2019. The work that Zach Potts and crew did was excellent. We were very pleased with their work. This is why, when having to replace our roof from recent storm damage, we called RSS to the rescue. The first person we contacted was Christina Money. She keeps the place running. She sent Colton Murphey out to determine the extent of the tornado damage. But here's the thing, our chimney was severely damaged where it was ripped off and flattened up against the house's second story. It was just sitting there waiting for some major gust of wind to come along and take it off the roof where it would tear into the first floor windows. Colton didn't have to do it, but he climbed up onto the roof and helped me get that chimney off the roof before the next storm hit that night. We were and are very thankful for Colton's efforts. Next came the roofing crew. They were led by Richard Key and Ilias Tovar. They showed up bright and early worked nonstop till the roof was completely repaired. And boy does it look fantastic. When complete they took extra care to insure the yard was free all debris. Then they followed that with a complete walk around the house with a magnet wheel looking for any nails that were loose in the yard. Good hard working crew and Richard and Ilias are why. After the roof was completed, the gutter crew came to work. Scott Mobley and Sam Crabtree made quick work of repairing/replacing all damaged gutters and downspouts. They worked out of a trailer that was stocked with all the necessary equipment and materials to manufacture what was needed. They did a great job. But back to Christina Money. Christina is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She was always so helpful and cordial on the phone and even better in person. She kept us up to date on all things happening. She called to let us know that the delivery of the roofing materials would be here about 3:30pm and sure enough, they pulled in at 3:30. That may not sound like a big deal but when you live out in the boonies, it is. We are extremely pleased that we chose Roofing and Siding Smiths to repair our tornado damage. An outstanding crew.

Six pretty good sized men showing up at one woman's house is definitely overkill. Six men showing up at your house would be scary to some women!!! It's surely NOT wise!!! Some of these guys could have sat in one of their trucks instead of just standing around. Anyway, 2 of the fellas - evidently worker bees - went under my house while everyone else stood around. They looked around, & saw the how the previous plumber had blocked my access to the rest of the plumbing & came out to tell their bosses. They told the Main Boss how all my plumbing was PVC pipe. He made it very plain that he wasn't pleased to hear that. He said that he doesn't like working with PVC. Maybe he doesn't do drain lines. I explained to him that I needed that one drainage line moved (rerouted,) so that it didn't block my path & I wanted the water lines wrapped for the Winter, so they wouldn't freeze. I don't think I told them that I needed the drainage lines strapped up which is another thing the previous plumber failed to do. Anyway, they didn't want to dig under the line that was blocking the access to see the rest of the plumbing behind it, so they really couldn't give me a real estimate, but the head guy said they'd do the work. I wasn't impressed! I don't do half or maybe estimates, or just hire folks NOT knowing what all is involved & how much money I am going to spend!!! So, no thank you, K&K!!!
