He beat other contractors prices even with the best paint when the other contractors quoted the lowest paints. Gian was very communicative to us on when they would start-waiting for the weather to warm up. We had our wood siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and downspouts along with our shed painted. The two projects painting all our oak window frames white when we got new white window (26 windows) then this project was converting our entire first floor from oak to white.
