He was on time, friendly, and took the time to do a thorough site walk before getting started. He completed everything exactly as discussed, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He even went the extra mile and replaced a pair of second-story floodlight bulbs that I couldn't reach. We'll definitely be calling Hasan again for future window and gutter maintenance. I moved everything in the house away from the windows & took off work. The day of the appointment, no show, no call, no text...nothing. I send them a message, no response. I call, no answer. I leave a detailed message informing of said appointment & no contact regarding no show. A day or two later I get a text, (not a call) asking, "the guys really didn't show?!" Yea dude, NO ONE. No apology! They asked if we could reschedule. I said sure but to my convenience. I wanted a weekend since I had scheduled to be off work for the appointment. They got back to me again a day or so later & said, "can't do a weekend". So I said, I'll go elsewhere then. They replied "OK" totally fine with losing a customer. Unreal! This company clearly does not value their customers with that flippant attitude. They don't need you so, don't use them. I suggest you go elsewhere where they actually value their customers & will uphold the appointments they make! This is clearly a very poorly run joke of a business.

Looks great. The crew took great care in covering all of our landscape with tarps and left the area very clean. This was a pretty major job for such a small roof. The metal was delivered one day and the crew was out the next, finishing everything that same day. We are more than pleased with the outcome. There was timely and frequent communication throughout the whole process, which I appreciated since the work was being done while I was at my job and not able to be there physically. Highly recommend.
