Gladiator Roofing far exceed my expectation from the beginning all the way through to finished products. Let's start at the beginning. I contacted Nestor, the owner of Gladiator Roofing, on 8/17/2020, and had an estimate back from him the same day. Some of the competitive estimates I received took several days to over a week to get back. I asked him to come to my house the following day because I am an in-person type of guy. I wanted to get a true feeling of who he was, Nestor came over and to be honest I questioned his estimate. I thought he was too low and I was worried I was going to get hit with back end fees. He apologized for his competitors over charging because I live in Williamson County, and assured me his estimate covers everything unless there was unforeseen wood damage under the shingles. We agreed to everything right there, signed his paperwork for the shingle color and by Friday 8/21/2020 the materials were delivered. His crew showed up Monday morning at 7am, because I asked them to be there no sooner, and went straight to work. Let me tell you, when I say went to work, they worked harder in a few hours than I will probably work in an entire week. By noon they had the old shingles removed, tar paper down, bulk of the tear off cleaned up, and the shingle bundles up on the peaks. Let me add a small point here. I had a small concern with two things. I texted Nestor, who responded almost immediately. Within minutes he called the onsite foreman and had everything handled. How's that for next level customer service. By 5:30pm that evening they started wrapping everything up, even painted the HCAC vents to match the roof shingles, as they were raw metal before. The roof was 99% finished and most of the crew started cleaning. They did an awesome job picking up all the trash. If you've ever had a roof replaced, you know there is trash everywhere. I just assumed they would get most and I would be picking up small pieces the next day. Time for point number 2. Nestor told me not to pay for the roof the day it was completed because he wanted to personally come back to do a final quality inspection. He flew his drone over the roof to inspect the workmanship and then walked the entire job site looking for trash. Between him and me we found 6 things. 6 things total, absolutely amazing. His crew did such a great job cleaning up. My son actually said it looked better than it did when they arrived, as the blew leaves off my deck and driveway. Gladiator did an excellent job, had next level customer service, left my property in better shape than when they arrived, and best of all his cost was well below the other estimates I received. When storms blew flashing off the high peak of my front porch, a long list of roofers and gutter companies shrugged me off. The gutter guy I had used the year before actually said: "No big deal, you can drive all over H'ville and Nashville and see a lot of that." Before I found Gladiator, new rains had driven water into the house, which traveled along a rafter and ruined the ceiling drywall in the vent area of my downstairs bath. Gladiator did a superb job, also added flashing around three roof vents that had begun to age, and charged $600. Fixing the bath ceiling damage cost that much more. read more

Not only did they do a fantastic job on our roof but Nestor has helped us so much during a very difficult claims process with our insurance company. He helped us with documentation of the damage after their insurance adjuster said there wasn't any damage- after his documentation they agreed it was extensive hail damage.. we weren't in good hands with our Insurance but we sure were with Nestor! Gladiator Roofing did an excellent job! We had a sagging gutter and two downspouts that had become disconnected. They got back to me right away, came out the next day to give a quote, and were on the job within a few days. The work was great, the crew took great care and even made sure the bark on the ground was still even after they were done. They stuck to their quote, and didn't charge me for one gutter that they adjusted while here. I will definitely use them again. read more

They showed up when they said and started early every morning and cleaned up when they finished. l Nestor had been out in the past to fix some leaks.
