We decided to move to Kelowna, B.C. from Burnaby, B.C.. in August 2011. We had 2 months to find the right house, close the deal, transfer our children to the right school and organize a cross province move. He was flexible in that he was able to do alot of legwork for us as we were not able to drive up to Kelowna each time we were interested in a listing. We would ask him to go see a listing for us and send us more detailed photos then what the Listing showed and he had no problem doing that. He was persistent in getting what we needed and making sure our interests were always covered and nothing fell through the cracks.
