I tried to tell him he was wrong but he filled it out his way and filed electronically. Next day, I talked to IRS and did research and I was right so had to file Amended Return THIS YEAR: received an estimated charge AFTER he reviewed my supporting docs and said would get it done in couple days. Failed to hear word after a week so sent him texts and tel. calls but no response. Waited two more days and went to office to ask for my preparer only to be told "oh, he quit 5 days ago," Asked why no one called me and received only a cold shrug of shoulders and was told to talk to supervisor who was nowhere to be found. Went to different branch office and sat for hour and half while new preparer reviewed the EXACT SAME docs, filled out returns and boosted my promised fee received from first office by $290.00!! When I protested, he called his supervisor--who refused to speak to me--and simply said "best I can do is to cut it by a hundred." I protested that I had WRITTEN ESTIMATE from first preparer, showed it to him, but unmoved, he said pay it or I won't file it. I left without any Returns. DO NOT USE THIS OUTFIT.
