This year we called her office early in the year to file our taxes as usual. They told us to wait. They said they weren't due until October because of the time extension due to the storm disaster relief. So we waited per their instructions, even though we were ready for her to do them. We dropped them off before the 15th of September at her office thinking they have a month to prepare. They called back after they had been dropped off and told us Barbara cannot do our taxes because we aren't on her "list." I asked, What this "list" I have never heard of? She kept repeating that we are not on the "list" so they are not going to do our taxes. And, by the way, "your corporate taxes are due tomorrow, but Barbara isn't going to do them because you aren't on the 'list.'" We waited this late to file because they told us to. We never file late. Now she will not do our personal, nor corporate taxes because we are not on some "list." Very unprofessional. We have followed up with phone calls and messages, Crickets!

My CPA Mark is the best! I have worked with him for 5 years and couldn't be happier. Our return is always correct.
