If you still doubt this review after reading it and choose to come to this establishment for your car services, then good luck. All I can say is, get a second and third opinion from other mechanics. I came to this business Monday October 31st because of a flat tire and dead battery. Bounty was friendly and told me that I needed a new tire and battery so I agreed to changing them. He changed the battery but I did go to another car shop for a 2nd opinion on the tire. The first picture is of the foreign object in my tire. Important notes so far: 1. He complained about how annoying it was to change the battery on my car (2014 infiniti qx70) and charges me $80 for labor. 2. I notice that the "trip B" odometer that I use to count my miles since the last oil change was at ~23 miles. I thought this was weird because shouldn't the odometer read something like 0.5 miles after a battery change and from a short test drive? Did Bounty decide to take my car for the day to run errands? 3. the tire is perfectly able for repair and another shop was able to repair it within 20 minutes. A week goes by and after leaving the car off for 30 minutes, it fails to start. After a few more tries it eventually sputters to life. At this time I'm nowhere near Montvale so I go to another body shop where they figure out that the battery's voltage is at 10.5 instead of the normal 12 for good working batteries. This is where things start to go south with my experience with Bounty. The next 3 pictures in this review are of a battery voltage test on a new working battery, the defective battery in my car, and an analog battery test done after a 30 minute drive. My father calls bounty letting him know that the car has battery issues and that I'm coming in for a replacement. Bounty agrees to replace the battery. I get to his shop and he tests the battery showing over 12 voltage because I just drove it 40 minutes to his shop. I tell him about the battery test done at the other car shop and show him the pictures but he constantly talked over me, said he is an electrician, and repeats what he says again and again. He tells me it's the lights being left on auto and chargers being left plugged in that let's some power escape. I never had an issue with these things before so it doesn't make sense why a new battery would struggle with them but I follow his instructions to turn off auto lights and unplug everything and see how the car starts the next morning. The next morning the car struggled to start again (wow! didn't see that coming!). I go back to the shop that did the first battery test and tell them exactly what Bounty told me. It is proven wrong with an analog and digital battery tester. My dad gives Bounty another call and Bounty wants my car for a day to test the battery. It is ridiculous. Nobody needs a car for over 24 hours to test a battery that has already been proven to be defective. In the end, all I know is that Bounty is a dishonest man who charges $80 for a battery replacement when another car shop charges $25 for the same exact job. I came to this shop because of the close distance and great reviews on google. Maybe they are true reviews with other people but for me, Bounty has: 1. been dishonest about my flat tire 2. possibly taken my car for himself to use for a day 3. been condescending and rude 4. been a person who complains about his job and who is more expensive than others for whatever reason. 5. Late with his work. It took a few hours to get my car back from a battery change when it took another mechanic ~30 minutes. I sincerely hope that Bounty learns from this experience and becomes a more honest man for his own future.

Following the event, I dropped my jeep off the next week for inspection of my vehicle for any undercarriage damage i may have sustained.
