The staff is super friendly, funny, and informative. I went back a second time to fix something else in my car and they remembered me right away which I thought was wonderful. I originally thought the vehicle might be low on oil, but later it determined that was not the problem. Ron's Quality Automotive took the following steps: -Tune Up -Replaced the spark plugs -Tested the coils -Oil Change Total Charge-$581.51 Ron's Quality Automotive informed me that the Check Engine Light was still on and the vehicle was driving a little rough; however, Ron's Quality Automotive assured me that overall the vehicle was fixed. Upon driving the vehicle, I immediately determined the vehicle still could not exceed 15-20 MPH. I contacted Ron's Quality Automotive the next morning to discuss my concerns. Ron's Quality Automotive stated they would need to disassemble the engine to determine why it was misfiring. I was informed this could cost somewhere in the range of $3,000 to $7,000. I informed Ron's Quality Automotive that I would rather purchase a new vehicle then complete the engine repairs. Ron's Quality Automotive stated they might be able to find a person to purchase the vehicle for $1,000 to $1,500. I informed Ron's Quality Automotive that I would think about it and get back to them. I had the vehicle towed to another mechanic for a second opinion. After 30-40 minutes, the second mechanic had my vehicle operating normally. The second mechanic stated he did NO additional work to the vehicle. In addition, I was informed that all he did was clean the connections on the spark plugs and coils. The Check Engine Light is no longer on. The vehicle is operating as normal. Unfortunately, I purchased a new vehicle prior to the Honda being fixed because I needed a vehicle to get to/from work. I would not recommend Ron's Quality Automotive given my experience and the dishonesty of the staff/company. Good Luck to anyone who uses their service. I hope they don't take advantage of you as they did to me.
