When we initially adopted our dog, Joey (about two years agos) we faced several challenges, including: lack of crate training, inconsistent accidents in the house, excessive amounts of energy that were very difficult to control, and impulsive reactions to other stimuli. Although we have come a long way since then, there were many times when Bailey would have to deal with an unfavorable or challenging situation - whether it be an accident in the house or Joey's unwillingness to listen - and she never once complained or made us feel like he was a burden. Instead, she always made us feel at ease by being proactive and taking it upon herself to find a solution. She makes it a priority to make sure Joey is in the best possible state without interrupting our work day or causing us any concern. Words cannot express how much we appreciate Bailey's ability to handle unexpected challenges. Knowing that Joey is in the best possible hands when we go to work each day takes a tremendous load off of our back. Since we both leave so early in the morning and often don't come home until after 5:00 pm, we rely on Bailey to spend that 30 minutes of quality time with Joey each day - and she never lets us down. It makes all the difference knowing that Joey has someone to check in with him daily and give him that attention he needs. Not only do we count on Bailey each day while we are at work, but we also depend on her to stay with Joey at our house when we go out of town. Whether Bailey stays with Joey for one night or for an entire week, we know that when we return home Joey will be as healthy and happy as ever, and the house will be perfect too! Bailey always takes it upon herself to go the extra mile by bringing in the recycling bins, placing any packages inside, or putting our grocery delivery in the refrigerator. Never have we asked Bailey to do any of these tasks; she simply wants to help out of the goodness of her heart. When it comes to taking care of your fur babies, Bailey is the total package. She is passionate, responsible, trustworthy, and affordable. We have recommended her to countless family members and friends who commend her services and work ethic. Expect to receive lots of updates, photos, and videos when you leave your fur baby with Bailey for an extended period of time. We can't stress enough how much we appreciate Bailey. She said she could do it. I then emailed her to confirm a meet and greet before my trip for Monday at 5PM. In this email I also asked for her to provide me her license, insurance and her bond by email --- which she advertised that she has. Then she writes me back, the next day, on Monday before our 5PM meeting (no telephone call) and says "oh, I have another client at those times." I do not believe that she has those documents which she advertises. Be warned. If you advertise that you have certain qualifications, then you should be able to readily supply those documents. June did not do so.

This first day was within 24 hours of the scheduled visit so she told us there would be a $20/visit late charge on top of the $32/visit she was already charging us, so $52 for the one visit that first day. We told her verbatim, "$52 is too much for one visit. We'll keep the rest of the days though." She replied with, "That's rude and disrespectful. I'm cancelling the rest of all the visits you've made." When she sent this text to me, I was literally sitting on the tarmac as my flight was taking off in 3 minutes. Our two cats were left at home with no cat sitter, no food, no water, thanks to this atrocious customer service, for 4 days!!! Not only that, she has not repaid us the $96 we pre-paid to her for work she never did, and now won't even return my messages asking where my money is and when she will return it. My next move is small claims court. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a pet sitter to look elsewhere. This woman is just terrible and cannot be trusted in any way, shape for form.

The first time she watched my babies, one of my babies was very sick & I didn't leave him once in 7 weeks and was terrified to leave him with anyone who wasn't me given how sick he was. One night I had to leave for a few hours and that's when I hired Brittany. He took to her right away & nudged close to her and put his head on her lap and I immediately felt it was his way of him saying, " I trust her mom I feel safe if you leave me with her." And so I did. My boy ended up passing in Feb 2023 - but I have continued to hire Brittany for my other babygirl Maui. I've probably had her stay with Maui at least 25 times by now and everytime she sends me photos & videos and keeps me posted on any detail that as an anxious pet parent, I would want to know. Maui loves her so much and everytime she sees her car pull up she goes ballistic excited to spend time with Brittany. We hired Brittany to watch our 8 year old golden retriever in September while we went to Europe. Where the red flags began was when she would tell me she woke up late most days and in Florida in September you need to be out early before it gets too hot -- this concerned me but she seemed to make up for it with the constant updates and pictures. On our last leg of our trip one night before I went to bed Brittany asked me where I bought our gin because she'd drank the bottle. I said I didn't know and she later told me she had bought a bottle of a different brand. Very concerning. I woke up the next day at 9am in Spain and saw her texts from earlier and responded to one and she at 3am was replying to me asking if a friend could come over because his father had died. I immediately said no, we aren't comfortable with that and to get some rest. She said OK and respected it. Fast forward to 2pm my time and I hear nothing from her, I knew something was wrong. She assured me everything was fine and she was only gone to get clothes at her apartment. It was all a lie and she left my dog at 3-4am to go be with this man and never came back and I later (the day we got home) found out he was locked in a bedroom. My dear friend went to the house and saw Britany's car and went in to find our dog and found him locked in the room and took him out, packed him up and got him to our family. Later on I told Brittany she didn't need to work for us anymore and the job was done and to pack up and go. She asked to stay the night even though the job was over, our dog was gone. I told her no-- and ultimately our friends and neighbors had to come over, found her listening to loud music upstairs and escort her out. She asked me knowing all this if I wanted money back from the last two days and proceeded to send me back money one chunk at a time in the middle of the night and at odd hours. It's taken me a long time to write this because I was heart broken and angry. It took me watching a documentary about Jodi Hilderbrandt the evil influencer on Netflix who abused children to decide to write this help others avoid their animal from neglect and an abuse of power. I later spoke to my neighbor who had used Brittany and had bad experiences with her as well not showing up to her home to take care of her dog till extremely late in the day. All this is to protect other animal owners from ever using Brittany again. Google makes you rate at least one star to leave a review and that's the only reason I gave one. I also paid Brittany an extra almost $200 upon her arrival because she had given us a discounted price and was allegedly prioritizing our dog while we were gone which was a very stupid mistake on our part. She took advantage of our kindness and hospitality and most importantly our most prized and beloved family member. Let this be a lesson to all to be very careful when choosing a dog sitter.
