He was completely apologetic and they instantly contacted a local contractor to fix the hole and are didn't even hesitate to pay for all of it. They killed what was there, brought in dirt, started treating the soil and slice seeded us. We are two weeks in to the slice seeding and I never thought I could be this excited to see grass. We finally got the yard we wanted, at a very comparable price to other options. If I'd been told they couldn't do the project or I was just forgotten about I still would have had time to schedule someone to do the work before the season ended. It was a very important project to coincide with some other major improvements I was making at the time. While the fertilization service was fine my overall experience was a huge letdown made worse by the non-responses and broken promises to get back with me. I hate to write a bad review but if someone would have warned me the trouble I'd have to go to just to be lead on like this I would never have hired this company. It's now 2018 and I get an invoice that states service automatically continues unless I request it to end (not a big deal, I'm sure this is normal). So I email them to end service and wait a week-no response. Later I call and am assured a confirmation will be emailed. I was quoted $1700 for them to dig a large hole in the yard to replace the hydrant. I declined that and was charged $200 for them just to show up. Had I known that they would be charging $200 for a FN quote, I would have never had my wife call them ( my bad for not listening to her while I was busy). I wrapped a tarp around the hydrant to drain into a hose and then went on vacation and replaced it myself when I got back for an additional $200. This was last summer.
