I cannot say enough great things about Alba and AJE transportation! We hired him to drive a group of 9 to and from Lake Travis during our annual girl's trip. Alba replied promptly to my inquiry on the AJE website and booking with him was so easy. He was up-front with the pricing information, communicative, and responded quickly to any questions I had throughout the booking process. When I told him we were not native to Austin, he also suggested restaurants, bars, and even contingency plans in case the weather turned sour on the day of our boat reservation. He even called a friend of his at a restaurant for us to ask if they'd be able to seat us! On the day of our reservation, Alba arrived on time with two coolers for our alcohol and food, and made sure we had time to stop at the grocery store, liquor store, and Starbucks on the way to the lake. He is also very knowledgeable about Austin and we learned so much just on the drive! When our boat reservation was over, Alba was waiting right on time at our pickup point and even helped us unload once we got back to our air bnb. If you're looking for group transportation around the Austin area, AJE transportation is a great choice: reasonably priced, professional, and, most importantly, fun and friendly. We booked Alba (AJE Transportation) for our wedding last weekend. We had most of our friends and family staying at one hotel just a few miles from our venue. We didn't want to have to worry about them enjoying themselves and driving so we found Alba through our hotel's recommendation. He was amazing to work with, very polite and professional, made payment easy and quick, and while myself and my Husband didn't get to use his services (we had a getaway car!) all I heard from our guests was how fun Alba was and how dedicated to customer service he was all night - he was making sure everyone got back in time and to the wedding, he made multiple runs back and forth, and I heard he had even asked if he should move the shuttle when we did our grand sparkler exit so it wouldn't be in pictures! AJE Transportation was absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of having Alba drive us all over Austin two days in a row for a bachelorette party and he went above and beyond expectations! Day one, he arrived early, helped up load up the van with drinks (even provided coolers), then took us to Driftwood for Salt Lick BBQ and two wineries. Day two he shuttled us to and from Just For Fun boat rentals on Lake Travis, even allowed us to stop en route to the lake to stock up on ice and food at HEB. Not only was he exceptionally kind, punctual, helpful and prepared, the rates of his company were awesome! Alba from AJE Transportation was an absolute please to work with. Alba took 14 girls to Lake Travis and he was so unbelievably accommodating. Alba and I exchanged several text messages and phone calls ahead of time to ensure that I knew exactly what to expect. On the day of our trip, Alba showed up early, helped us pack everything up, and continued to keep us happy and laughing the whole time. He also allowed us to make stops beforehand to make sure we had everything we needed. Alba also picked us up promptly on time (he actually was back at the dock before we were). A group of 12 of us visited Austin, all of us new to Austin, and had no idea what to expect on how to get from downtown Austin to Lake Travis one day. I found AJE Transportation by a google search, booked it without much thought, and I am SO so glad we did. Alba was so communicative throughout the entire process, sent me reminders the weeks leading up to our trip and and checked in to confirm exact locations for a smooth and easy transportation to the lake. Alba arrived to our Airbnb early, stocked with many coolers on board, carried our heavy coolers from the van to the pontoon boat, and even offered to clean our empty cans out of the van so we could get on the lake faster. We were very fortunate to have AJE do the transportation for our daughters wedding in Marble Falls. Our driver Mauricio shuttled people between hotels and the wedding venue on Friday and Saturday evenings. Alba was the BEST!! he was so accommodating our whole trip, he gives you stop along the to pick up any food or drinks you may need- he even supplies you with ice chests so you don't have to worry about that!
