I called this office and was told that I had a secondary insurance when my insurance was run so I called the number and got it taken off. I called back the office and they said they would rerun the insurance and call me back. Two months later I called them and said when will I be able to get this appointment school and was told would be called back. I called back a third time and spoke to Maria in the office in Kissimmee. Her voice totally changed when I was telling her that it was Two months of me, not getting an appointment. After that day, no message I. ever left with Maria was ever given to anyone. I am so surprised this office does not have surveys. I had to make an appointment with the doctor again after only seeing her two weeks ago because I could not get a message to her. I let her know what was going on and she told me that the office part was separate from her. Your patience are dealing with the people in the office. If you have an that's because they don't like them, is awful. I was bringing a child there and was treated this way by this office. I would never recommend them. the only way I got an appointment to begin with was because I was transferred to the billing and insurance department. When I spoke to the woman there, she actually looked at my account and realized how terribly this had been going and apologize to me multiple times. The woman who spoke to me in that department was very kind and got me an appointment. I will never use this office or this company again. You all need to consider sending Surveys so you get a true impression of how people feel they are treated at your office.

The paperwork was pretty straight forward the first day and our insurance covered the initial drug test. I understand the need for these to be done in this industry and I want my child to get the best care they can can. Their regular doctor does a drug screen every year too. I know my kid does not use anything and takes their medications but this keeps everyone on track. Every month we go in they also check their weight and vitals too. We have met several people in their offices and everyone has been friendly and professional. The care providers have been friendly and listen to everything. the services they have been providing seem to be doing what is needed and life has been getting better. My only issue has been in the scheduling. There have been some changes in availability and a couple of appointments have had to have been changed. They have always handled it well and gotten us in around our busy calendar. Their office is a good 45 minutes from us and I have to my kid from school there every other month and it is working for now as I don't want them missing any school. Depending on where you are located they have multiple offices available. For mental health services I would recommend this one. Always check with your insurance first for your coverage.

A high quality, extremely knowledgeable, deeply caring and compassionate, listening and putting the needs of their patients first, with top notch expertise are but a few words I would use to describe the excellence of care. I've read reviews complaining about phones or office wait times, and sure... those were (might still be) a bit arduous, but by no fault of the office, medical or administrative. The truth is, they're a private service offering an innumerable amount of patients help... they turn no one away, so of course there were/are longer hold times at times or wait times while there. The doctors never, and I've seen many over the years, push you out of their office, even once your time's up - they care, listen and give you the time you need (to a point, they can't go over by too much with a full office waiting). With doctors and staff that care as much as they do, and with the huge amount of patients that they see, it's to be expected that the phones or wait times in the office might be a little backed up. In fact, they opened a 2nd office and have a call center dedicated to the phones in an effort to resolve most of the phone holding and they've done a GREAT job at that. Upon first becoming a patient in their Kissimmee office a handful of years ago, I was met by Sulene (Sue or Zue as I call her). She had the biggest and brightest smile on her face and helped me through the entire process of signing up as a new patient. From that first day through to the current time and the many positions she's held there, she's always gone out of her way, stopping what she's doing at times, to help me with anything I need. She knows almost every aspect of the administrative process and then some and she won't hesitate to help, and help with a smile. Then there was her cousin "MO" - I don't know her actual name, just her nickname... I don't believe she's still there, I could be wrong, but she too always welcomed me with a smile and warm and friendly welcome. "Zue" -- we laugh when I call her that - is like a shining bright ray of sun. Warm and welcoming and always willing to help at any cost, she'll get it done! Each tech and/or nurse (too many to list, and some names I don't recall) has always laughed with me, listened and cared about me - always going out of their way to make me feel comfortable, calm and heard - I've always felt like a priority when going in - wait times or not. Ashley, someone who used to work in scheduling (phones), was the most helpful person ever. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, always doing her best to fit me in even if there's no room to fit, as well as get me to see the Dr. of my choice (when able, if able). She was so kind, friendly and felt like family when speaking to her and I'm sure many feel the same way, because she was promoted to the Supervisor of that department and it was a WELL DESERVED promotion! The Office Manager is AMAZING. Anytime I've had even the smallest concern or request, she's worked with me personally to resolve it. Always on top of things, able to resolve anything swiftly, always making things work, and work well. For Therapy, I've only seen Deborah Rivera, and there's no one more compassionate, caring, truly involved, professional and comforting than she is. She goes above and beyond, a case load (patients) so large that I don't know how she does it without her head spinning, but she does, and she does it with great expertise and extreme warmth and commitment to her patient's care. Deborah got me through the worst of times, listening, caring, guiding me and more. She made a huge difference in my life. For Psych, I began years ago with Linda, no longer there, who genuinely felt like a mother or aunt. She was professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly personal and warm, it was wonderful seeing her. Unfortunately, she moved and left quite some time ago. I then began seeing Dr. Melendez who I can't rave enough about. Such a soft, compassionate, welcoming, kind doctor, who not only knows how to help, but does so in the most soothing way and always goes the extra mile. Dr. Melendez stopped taking my insurance, but I highly recommend him to anyone he can see. I then began to see Dr. Gonzalez (RIP). My gosh yet another Dr. who far exceeded the bar. Very sadly, Dr. Gonzalez passed in 2020 and will be remembered by many, myself included. Due to his sudden passing, and without another Psych lined up for me yet, the Founder & CEO, Dr. Charneco saw me personally. What a lovely Dr. with a literal plethora of knowledge and specialized care behind her countless years in medicine. Even though it was an extremely upsetting day (losing Dr. Gonzalez), Dr. Charneco made me feel like a priority. She's Amazing! Mindful Behavioral is Wonderful! I highly recommend them! KF

I would not recommend working here. The workplace environment can be very difficult, particularly…read morebecause many employees across the front desk, MA staff, and provider teams are family members, which can create an uncomfortable dynamic for other employees. The providers themselves are great and professional; unfortunately, my experience with the staff and overall management was very disappointing. Communication, fairness, and respect for employees could be significantly improved. My recommendation would be to look for other opportunities before accepting a position here. There are better workplaces where employees are properly valued, supported, and compensated for their time.

They said it was no problem. These forms are simple questions. less than 2 PAGES! But EVERY WEEK id call them to see if they filled it out and they didnt! IT TOOK THESE PEOPLE 5 MONTHS! to fill out the paper work. 5 MONTHS! The women were SO RUDE and tried to put the blame on me when they just didnt care. Even tho i called me insurance telling them how awful these people were. after they FINALLY turned them in. the insurance told me it was to late-no insurance. So its 8 months later and no insurance and im 100 dollars poorer. so i basically paid these people for nothing. How do you not care if someone doesn't have insurance? Like you have to be a crappy person to be annoyed at someone trying to get some simple paper work so they can have HEALTH INSURANCE. but these people treated me like a pest. So many people suffer from not having insurance and these people acted like it was no big deal and treated me poorly for calling them once a week to get it done. now they dont even want to refund my money which i could use since I DONT HAVE INSURANCE BECAUSE OF THEM
