Lance and his crew just finished a kitchen addition and remodel project for us, and I cannot say…read moreenough about his integrity, commitment to quality, communication, fair pricing, and flexibility. First of all, Lance stepped in when our original contractor had a medical emergency and could no longer complete the project. Lance was doing the footer work on our project and agreed to pick up where our contractor left off (with the same budget and timeline), and without much time to get to know each other and talk through our plans, I think we all crossed our fingers and hoped it would work out. It did. Beautifully. Lance navigated with ease and grace numerous city permits and inspections and so many supplier issues and architect flubs, including an incorrect measurement that ultimately required us to add a partial bathroom renovation to his contract. He personally checked on every aspect of our project, correcting work when it didn't meet his high standards and making sure his workers and subcontractors met deadlines and his expectations for workmanship. Every time I brought him an idea along the way, Lance was up for it and helped me figure out how we could make it work (much to my husband's chagrin at times!). When we called, Lance always answered, and he stayed in communication with us when we weren't on site, sending texts and pictures of progress daily throughout the almost 5 months of our project. After a few months, I trusted Lance to make decisions in my stead, and that says a lot, considering my Type A personality and specific design sense. He respects old houses and understood my aesthetic vision as well as my desire to preserve original elements of my 1940 cottage wherever possible. The end result speaks for itself. We consider Lance a friend now, but I think my hound dog Sadie misses her friend Lance and his crew most of all. Luckily for her, we have already called him about our next project.

This was an insurance claim...If I could I would give him a 0 . It took him months to show up to…read morerebuild my house after he had already been paid some of the money to start the project. And towards the end of the project he said he ran out of the money to finish the project. Also I just found out that he pieced together my damaged rafters that were damaged, and did not replace the insulation in the attic. He hung my French doors crooked which allowed cold air to come in during the winter so I had to hire my handyman to take them out and fix the problem. He has young kids working for him with little to no experience. My house is only 1200 sq ft, it should not have taken 16 months to fix. Also when my hot water heater did not work he tried to replace it with a used one, after my insurance company had already paid him to put in a new one. He finally put in a new one 2 weeks later. My handyman also had to fix 3 interior doors that were hung wrong. They also damaged my Japanese Tree alongside my driveway. He also disconnected my power to my garage which had my upright freezer which he was aware of that was full of meats not once but twice. When. I didn't have a roof on the house and it was just boarded up and they had started working on the inside of the house they turned my heat on which inevitably cost me hundreds of dollars in my electric bill. Therefore I would not recommend This Company to Anyone !! Run As Fast As You Can!!

To the comment above brent! Amazingly there is documentation to show that you just aren't telling…read morethe truth. our records go back over 30 years as we have been in business that long. The hourly pay you recieved was at double what you are claiming as it is also documented, also the fact that you worked a week. We are sorry that your personal life prevented you from going further with our company but that does happen occasionally. We wish you the best and that in the future you find a job that suits your personal needs. I can personally attest to the quality as they built my house from a patch of land all the way to completion, and it is beautiful and i love it!! im sorry you resorted to falsities to try to make your point, i also remember you trying to get your job back that i dont think most people do if their experiences were so miserable. Either way we wish you the best and hope that you have employment that is working for you. We just ask that in the future please try to go with the facts if you're going to leave a comment at all. I wish you and all who are reading this all the best!!

I would rate it a .2 stars if I could!! Let me start by saying Sheb Phillips was my employer who…read morenot only was un-prepared but 100% clue-less of everything job related! Eddie (my "supervisor") Wouldn't know what work is if it smacked him in the face. I was assigned a job out of state in which while I was down in GA not only was I assigned full custody of my kids but dealing with the drama of drug use from fellow employees, It just wasn't right not only did Sheb screw me out of my pay on the way back for drive time bc I left which ended up being after the rest of the crew left but he fired me trying to say I quit when I didn't!! Hell I left after the rest of the crew n was willing to do the "other jobs closer to home" as promised prior to leaving for this job. Not only did Sheb give me excuses in which other employees were in fault of too wasn't just me like one guy was going back regardless of the crew with me he still got his drive time and his other excuse had to do with me and another employee supposedly not getting up but his repercussion is getting to work for a 11$ hr more job through the company still. Honesty I wouldn't get work done though them idk if its any different around town but this has been crazy from the pills to the unprepared shortage of work like legit I had to find people to go back down with me for help bc the 2 he sent one (Eddie) wasn't worth a shit for help and my other help had a torn rotary cuff injury like seriously? n u want this job done in a weeks time complete tear out and back to white wall. I wouldn't go back if he payed me $100 a hr tbh its just not worth it especially for a man who only cares about one side and that's the pill head who tells him. if your looking for work done on your house or business I highly recommend saving you and your loved ones the time and money n go through a alternate company especially if your looking for the job to get done right. #NotFamilyOriented #Sh**Company2Work4 #DONOTRECCCOMEND!!! #HALFASSWORK
