Never meeting me but just a phone call away he came saw the problem & explained he would be back as soon as he got the part he ordered. The night before coming to installed it he called to say he would be an hour late in the morning due to a family emergency, upon hearing what it was I immediately told him I would be fine he was needed there, we could postpone. He said no he would not let me go without heat & proceeded to come in the morning and fix it so that I could be warm. Then with a true caring smile left to return back home to take care of his own situation. Through his kindness, honesty & perfection of his work I highly recommend him ! THEN, we had two more sessions, one with a pressure washer, which he used very well to clean old debris from the surfaces, and then with another long session, coated in a very meticulous way all the parts with an oil-base stain. It looks brand new, and feels much stronger on the rails, steps and so forth. In addition to the deck, he gave the same treatment to a set of wood stairs (replacing one step), that goes down for the deck level to the creek behind the house. This is not a trustworthy company to deal with. I had bought a bathroom exhaust fan to be…read moreinstalled. The electrician came and installed the exhaust fan and had stated that he didn't have any ventilation to hook up to the exhaust fan but all I needed to do it myself was to get the dryer exhaust ducting and connect it to the exhaust fan and the exterior port. After paying a significant amount for this part, he left and I went up to the attic to take measurements of how much duct I would need. However there was no exterior port cut out like he had stated. I called back and customer support wasn't any help and concluded I would need to pay an additional $250 to have this part done on top of the around $600 I had just paid. Another charge that should have already done. What out for this company!! If you do ever use them get an itemized invoice.

This was the WORST experience with a service person that I have ever had!!! I put up with Trevor…read moreand his crew for several visits, but after the final time, when he called me derogatory names, I decided I was Done and I needed to warn others. Need a few examples??? They left my gates open on numerous occasions which would allow my dogs to get out. They left garbage around the worksite every time they "called it a day"- A full day to them means arriving between 11:00-1:00 and leaving between 3:00-4:00. When I paid to rent a piece of machinery at $450/day and their "days" only last 4-5 hours and they don't come back early enough to use the machine again, I LOST A LOT of $$$! They moved furniture/sprinklers/hoses etc without replacing anything to original order. Trevor asked me to give him some of my leftover metal roofing material. I didn't have enough, but I found some for him at no cost. As repayment, he DELIBERATELY kicked over a $200 5 gallon bucket of stain. It was something I owned so he WASTED MY MONEY and CONTAMINATED THE GROUND without remorse! That was the final straw! I say Buyer Beware! If you use this guy, you are getting a deadbeat who treats women like trash.

We had a two-story entryway that needing painting and they wound up painting the upstairs hallway so that they were done at the same time. Their pricing was in line or better than other estimates we received. We only had them paint the walls (since I was waiting to paint the trim during a later project). I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. Excellent explanation of the process and the time it would take. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. The clean up was superb - except for well-painted walls, you wouldn't have known we had anyone there that day! They had let me know if I wanted them to work a longer day that they could have it done in one day and they delivered! The attention to detail and quality of the work makes me highly recommend them for your interior painting needs!
