Easy to miss but DONT. This is an incredibly organized merchandised and clean building. The staff is so warm and sweet, small talk at check out was so natural and positive. Soft lines (apparel, footwear, linens, pillow) is on the right side. The middle section that connects the two buildings was the fragile items.. glassware, candles, glass home decor. Then the left side was everything else! Everything is so well laid out which isn't the typical for a thrift store. The furniture is all in great shape and priced to value. Seems they filter donations in a way. Tons of Disney movies and outdoor sports gear... clothing was blanket priced (I.E. all ladies tops $2 all men's pants $3 for example) unless otherwise signed or marked. Got some great stuff today!

While dropping off a bag of donated garment, I was approached by a rude and obnoxious employee that insisted on yelling at me for dropping the bag in the wrong bin (an honest mistake). She insisted on being extremely combative with me even though I told her I wasn't sure where the proper drop off was supposed to be. She was extremely rude and had no remorse for her terrible attitude. I treat people with respect, and I would hope that someone in customer service would do the same, especially when someone is trying to donate to charity. I hope this employee eventually understands that a little kindness can go a long way. Again, thank you Amy for your help in settling an uncomfortable situation. Bob

After we ordered the bridesmaid dresses we were told it would only take 6 weeks to come in. It has now been 12 weeks and still no dress. Every time we call to find out the status the employees are rude and snotty. Finally after a few more weeks of getting brushed off I find out is going to take another 4 to 6 weeks for the dresses to come and with the wedding less than 2 months away I'm not sure they will come back in time let alone have time for alterations to be done. They are offering no discount of any kind and because of a contract they make u sign when you place your order I can't get my money back. So unless u have lots of money to waste and lots of time to wait I would go some place else where you'd actually be able to get your dress on time.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had everything we may have needed complete with a microwave, a coffeemaker and mini-fridge. The room may have been their smallest which is likely why it was least expensive, but it had a huge bathroom that was also clean. I let my little boy have the bed and brought a cot to sleep on. It was a little cramped for the two of us with the cot. My only complaint was that our room had access to the room next door and in the evenings the smell from their microwave dinner would waft in. This July I think I'll opt for a larger room, otherwise this was a great spot to stay. I almost buried the lead...they're a stone's throw from the public beach too. We walked over for a late swim the night before we left. This was hugely cool to be right around the corner from the beach. Definitely worth checking into.

It's right on the water and our room has a balcony facing the lake. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. We ventured to the American Legion for sippers and LC Taphouse for dinner. Locally owned restaurant and the food is so fresh and amazing. The motel owners are also local. We were welcomed with warm smiles and check in was smooth and the gift shop was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again... but for more than a night.
