It was like 9pm but we called and they had a technician here within the hour. It started up again just before he arrived but he checked everything out anyway & said should be fine. Couple of days went by and it shut down on us again. They sent another technician out and he reported our compressor had just worn out. It would work until it got too hot then shut down. In less than 48 hours they replaced our compressor with a used one in good working order to keep us cool for as long as it works and then we can replace our system. This work was done on Saturday in 90 degree heat but they didn't charge us anything! Our contract wouldn't have covered all of this. Garrett and his crew went over and beyond to take care of us. Jorge Borrego, who is the owner of Eva Electric Inc., is charged with three counts of failure to collect, account for or pay withholding tax. According to arrest warrants, Borrego knowingly failed to pay $26,601 in withholding taxes to the state. The taxes were withheld from Eva Electric Inc. employee wages from 2015 to 2017, the release states. Borrego, 44, is currently being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center pending a bond hearing. If convicted, he faces fines up to $10,000 and/or up to five years in prison per charge.

Today, March 5, 2026, I had a second company come take a look, and they immediately pointed out that the rollers installed Fischer Appliance were used. I paid for a full replacement and was given old parts installed by the sketch owner, complete garbage! Do not trust this business. If you hire him, you'll just end up feeling scammed and disappointed. Save your money and go with an honest company. The reason I didn't bring Fletcher out because he was trying to charge me again doesn't stand behind their work! total thieves run this guy and his son that run this company. Your son, Brad, was the technician assigned to our claim. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely concerning. Brad was disrespectful and unprofessional toward both my husband and me. He refused to address the issue with the dishwasher, specifically stating that unclogging the hose was not his responsibility and telling my husband it was a "you problem." He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me. For clarity, the entire interaction was recorded on our home security system, and portions were also recorded on my son's phone. Brad was made aware of this and indicated he did not care. I believe it would be appropriate to review this incident with your son and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

Yes I have a lot of good wood furniture which should have been wrapped in moving blankets individually, they were only half wrapped and by some miracle mostly unharmed. The owner/lead mover claimed a misunderstanding. They arrived with no tape, used all of mine, did not replace it. I had to coach them throughout the day. What was really annoying, I had a 24 pack of water [largest size] for them, each would drink 4 swallows then toss the bottle somewhere in the room. basically wasted most of the water provided then did not understand why there wasn't any more at the new place Or at the end of the day. I explained I have a disability, my back, yet there wasn't consideration for this, good talk yet no real care about it. yes my back was locked up for the entire week after the move due to my helping them move, being on my feet way too long. They wanted to end the job, come back the next day for more hours. When I said no, pleaded with them to finish the job, they did so. It became drop and run to fInish the move. The second bedroom king bed, collapsed when I touched it, after they left of course. It is a standard metal frame, how difficult is that? I had everything boxed and ready, yet this was the most disorganized move I have ever experienced. I would recommend them for small jobs and very short moves; not a full house move. They worked hard yet not smart. I would love to say more nice things yet I cannot. My tip/bonus I gave them seems unearned in hindsight since my bed collapsed and I found many boxes in Rooms that didn't belong. A big box of clothes in the garage. It took 6 trips to unload it. Each box was marked, for example living room or master bedroom. With my back disability I am pushing boxes around the house, which I shouldn't be doing. I am going to have to hire another to put my bed back together, restack boxes I cannot move.

It was a 2 hour job and an hour drive both ways. all of the items moved arrived without a scratch. They unloaded each one with care and arranged them exactly like I needed them.
