However, I wasn't ever able to use his services due to the fact that for 5 weeks now I've been trying to get them to send me a mock up for approval of a very simple vinyl banner design (text only). I've never received emails or phone calls back despite them saying they would send things out that day. Perhaps he's very busy (and like I said, he's very nice on the phone) but sadly, with the lack of response and flaking I had to find another local company to create our banners due to time constraints of when they were needed. Thankfully, the new company I went with was able to send me mock ups next day and I had signs with in 3 days. A to Z signs seems like they would be a good business to use, if you can actually get them to make your signs, but if you're not wanting to get the run around, use someone else.

She took the borders out of our logo and perfected the "grey" color we were looking for. One of the WORST experiences I've had interacting with a business. I never take the time to yelp or…read morereview places, good or bad, but wantedto warn others to stay as far away from this company as possible. I first contacted Dwayne "The Sign Doctor" to fix my neon sign in September 2018. After several weeks, Dwayne comes back to replace the broken neon, but it's the wrong color. So he comes back to uninstall and promises to bring back the correct neon in a week.... I hear nothing from him for months. I contact Dwayne in December and he says he's having equipment issues and will bring back the corrected neon in another week or 2....Again I hear nothing from him for months. I contact Dwayne in February to see where the sign is. He told me he was still having equipment issues and it would be another couple weeks..... AGAIN I hear nothing from him. Beginning of April (8 months from first contact), I again reach out to Dwayne. He tells me he's just been busy and to just give him ANOTHER week. He calls me a few days later and tells me he can't find the right color of neon. It's apparent that he hasn't worked on my sign this whole time and now is trying to source materials at the last min. Keep in mind the color I need is just white. Dwayne goes on to tell me that he could get a neon that is close in color, but he doesn't want to pay for the supplies because he only needs a small amount of it to complete my sign. He suggests just putting the sign back with the wrong color, the way it was 7months ago before he took it back to "fix" it. I obviously was not happy with this result after waiting all these months for a repaired sign. I suggested replacing the other part of the word on the sign so at the very least the words would match, even if they did not match the rest of the sign. Dwayne then quickly quoted me a price that was 3 TIMES what we had discussed originally back in September- charging me full price on the incorrect unit, the new unit I needed to match the incorrect one, and including the trips he has made to and from my shop to pick up the incorrect sign. I was extremely offended that after all this time, his inability to correct his mistake, and his non communication over 8 months, that this was his offer to correct the situation. I told him I thought 50% of the "new total" would be fair. Dwayne refused, and told me he would bring back what he had in another week. I came in to find my sign half down and flickering, not just the letters he was supposed to have been fixing, and a buzz you can hear a block away. I emailed him- no response. Today I called Dwayne to tell him what the new problem. Dwayne told me it was broken when he was there back in September, so he left it broken because I didn't want to pay for his trips to and from my shop to pick up the sign that was incorrect. He was extremely rude, and acting like it was me who put him out after 8 months of patiently waiting for "The Sign Doctor" to repair my sign. I've had to push back filming, photoshoots and events at my business waiting for this sign to be completed, and now I have to start this whole process over again. I wouldn't recommend hiring Dwayne to chew gum, let alone to fix the sign on your business. You're better off with some crayons and some cardboard. It would be less of a disappointment.

They were able to install the new wrap within a week, and it looked great!!! I realized a week later that I gave them the wrong work phone number, and went back in to have it fixed. I had a last minute order, and Both Ryan and Carrie patiently worked with me to figure out how to make it work. They were very detailed and professional. But, alas, I messed up the pick up date...
