She responded promptly to all communication, explained her process and fees clearly, and was flexible with our schedule. The photo session itself was also managed very well. She came over to our house so we were able to be in comfortable surroundings. Jeanette is also very understanding of a newborn's schedule and quirks and never tied us down to a time block for the session. The whole session took about two hours and included multiple mood swings from our baby. She even helped us brainstorm ideas on the fly and the results were amazing! We now have beautiful memories of those first few days after birth.
