Within a couple of hours of my text, I had a reply and an appointment for the next morning for an estimate. We wanted to keep as many trees as possible, and they said that we didn't actually have to remove one of the trees that we thought that we'd have to. They would be able to just trim it back. They gave us a great price. Yara kept me informed every step of the way. After they did the estimate, she texted me with confirmation of work scope and price shortly afterwards. The work was done skillfully and safely. It was impressive to watch. Rolando had complete control of the tree sections coming down (which was comforting, since it was hanging over our house with its brand new roof). They cleaned up everything afterwards and even used a leaf blower to clean off our driveway. It looked cleaner when they left than it had been before they started. Everyone involved was very nice and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and explained everything that they were doing. From the first text I sent asking about an estimate until the work was completed was less than 5 days and there was a weekend in the middle.
