He's very knowledgeable about the area, making it helpful for us to learn about the area, which helps us share it with our visitor! Highly recommend! Had no problem finding free parking but this was offseason--late April. Great time on this big, fast, very stable boat with an excellent Captain and First Mate. Weather was "iffy" to start, storms passed through and was a little cool and still cloudy, but the sun soon came out and made for a perfect hour and a half tour of the harbor, out toward the end of the seawall (too rough on the Gulf of America to head out past the point), Crab Island and on the back bay toward Fort Walton Beach. The music, wine and beer had the adults loosened up and everyone had a perfect dolphin viewing experience as a pod of them chased us and jumped in the wake of the boat for a few minutes. They got so close to the boat it felt like you could reach out and touch them. Work on your Village People "YMCA" moves before you go as the boat likes to advertise to all the harbor restaurant diners how much fun the ride is! read more

I DID not want to go on this.. I was thinking it would be so lame but I was SO wrong! this was the highlight of our trip!!! First they take you around the harbor and we got to see all the restaurants and fancy houses and boats. Then we cruised out to the gulf and saw dolphins! I thought the ride out to see the dolphins would take forever but it was only like 2 minutes and it was really close to the harbor. The dolphins were super active for us- jumping and twisting. Out in the gulf the waters were super choppy. I was so worried I would get sea sick but I did not at all. AND Cody and Nick (the "hosts" and driver of the boat) even asked all our our guest if we were doing okay. Then the boat went under the bridge out to wear I captured these gorgeous photos. The whole trip had awesome fun music playing and we got to dance and kiddos got to drive the boat for a minute! The whole tour was about 2ish hours. Each passenger got 2 drinks- either draft Budweiser or pick from two wines; or water/soda. I can't recommend this trip enough!! SO fun!! read more

Yesterday evening we did the sailboat dolphin tour and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Over the course of about 2 hours we sailed out into the gulf in absolutely gorgeous weather and had a great time! Refreshments are included in the price of the ticket, and we were offered at least 3 drinks of draft beer and adequate quality wine, which did make the trip a bit more enjoyable. We did see plenty of dolphins, and got lucky in that several swam alongside the boat, but just from looking I think the motorized tours had better luck getting dolphins to follow the boat. Nonetheless, I think I had a better experience on the sailboat just for the experience of going out on a sailboat! read more
