I just had foot surgery and cannot walk on it. I pulled up and when she got out I asked her if she was gonna be quick because I need to park there. She said yes. Do you think she got back in the van to move her vehicle? No. I sat and waited a few minutes for her to come back outside. I called management and they were wonderful. Completely understanding, and not okay with what had transpired. Thank you for your compassion, management. It's appreciated.

I'm sure the gentlemen at the copy center have their share of stress and possible boredom, and it shows. It seeps right out! One gentlemen just looked so burnt out when greeting me and it was so half-hearted. Waiting just consisted of awkward silences and me wondering what to do or if I should be at another part of the counter lol. But seeing how stressed they were I just overlooked all this halabaloo. Point blank, the friendliness was eh but my cards came out fantastic and they worked with me to make sure it looked like a great finished product. They are super helpful and the best part is their quality of customer service. Ben, my account manager, comes by my office once a month to chat in person, drop off his "pen of the month" and let me know what special deals they are running. Last month I ordered the wrong ink cartridges for our office printer. He said no problem, picked them up from the office and is crediting our account. Their prices are cheaper than retail prices at Office Max or Office Depot, which is always good! They have free delivery no matter how much or how little you order. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they don't always have what I need in stock and I have to wait for it to be delivered. I ran out of said ink toner and the kind that I do need Arctic Office doesn't carry so it was going to be 7 - 10 days delivery forcing me to run to Office Max to get the ink that I need until then.

I special order large quantities sometimes from their sales rep Michelle. She is very friendly and helpful but sometimes it takes her awhile to get back to you. My biggest qualm is the check-out, the set up for checking out isn't very workable if you are buying more than one or two things. I run a whole office and sometimes go up with an entire cart load, the checkers don't really know about things such as warranties or products. They should really train their whole staff. Knocked a star for them not offering to help my pregnant employee out with her entire (large and heavy) purchase.

They refused to print out one single image claiming it was copyrighted. Again, no watermarks, no info in meta data, no copyright whatsoever. I support their policy on not printing copyrighted material, but this was not it. Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.
