Dr. Lindsey was awesome! I got a package with her for massage, fire cupping, reiki, and a tarot reading. It was really cool to experience a full, true mind/body/spirit experience. I told her I was dealing with some anxiety and she placed and one of those Accupuncture ear seeds on me before we got started and I went from like an 8 in anxiety down to a 4 within the first few minutes. (Between that and the other work she did, I got down to a 2 by the end of it all) The massage was great and she worked out a knot that has been bugging me for months. During the reiki session my mind completely cleared and relaxed. I deal with ADHD (which of course the anxiety amplifies) so that is saying A LOT. The cupping part was interesting and loosened up my back quite a bit, but seriously, that reiki work was the absolute highlight. I was going to need surgery and was in a ton of pain for a rotator cuff issue that had been going on for a long time. someone recommended I see her because she has worked on a lot of athletes. I went to Lindsey for help with a carpal tunnel like issue, but when she asked me if I felt pain anywhere else, I began to explain the dull ache on my lower left side that i had dealt with off and on for years.
