As time progressed, Kevin and his team kept us in the loop of progress, especially since we were living in Virginia during the whole time. He sent pictures of the remodel. Before beginning a calendar was set up to show when items would start and payments were due. He was incredibly flexible. Ww knocked down walls, changed the location of the kitchen, my husband planned a totally redesigned 1/2 bath and full bath configuration. We developed a huge master bedroom with incredible closets, a fireplace and dog run off the side. To say the house is beyond belief is selling Kevin and his crew short. However, the crew was very disgruntle, clean up was horrible (nails all over yard, gutters filled with shingles, attic a mess). I was led to believe all cleanup would be provided. It also took them over a year to come out and fix the untrimmed shingles that were over hanging on the roof. I feel if I pay $11,000 + for a new roof, everything should be perfect. So, overall happy with the roof and owner/salesman. George was very professional and knowledgeable. Not to happy with the crew and cleanup. Maybe the job was subcontracted?

I called him again about a week later and left a voicemail. Still no response after a week. I can understand if something came up or if he didn't want to do the project upfront when we met. This has delayed our project from being completed. I believe this is completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior to customers. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Their quotes have always been the most reasonable I could find in the area. Moreover, the level of honesty, professionalism and responsiveness is unprecedented. Petti Construction replaced our roof last week and the crew of 8 was polite, courteous, punctual, and did an amazing job the entire day. They thought of things and asked questions I would never have anticipated (educating me and sharing why I should not put a satellite dish on my roof). Petti Construction delivers on what they promise every single time. In fact, after a bad storm, Gary Petti just stopped by to check on the roof without any prompting from me! I feel really taken care of with Petti Construction and I know I will call on them again for any future construction needs. They are beyond amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He left $56,500 worth of cabinetry in the sweltering heat and humidity in Florida 'Beverly Hillbilly' style with over 100 degree heat index and forecasted storms without my prior consent or knowledge that he didn't schedule his installer to arrive for more than a week away! He drove off without even mentioning that detail. EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!! I've been left with no choice other than to bring the details and the facts to the court for a matter of public record and not public opinion. These photos speak for themselves otherwise. Update: 6/27/23 in response to Owner - Refer to all photos on all review sites for what Jamie considers "above and beyond", "complete", and damage resulting from "all necessary precautions to protect your cabinets" and decide for yourself if this is the level of service or craftsmanship you expect when spending $56,000... Also, he IS YOUR employee and installer, you delivered the cabinets in HIS dump trailer covered in a tarp with no packing materials, YOU scheduled him to come down for install and recover his dump trailer, and you REIMBURSED him for his travel expenses.
