Not one phone call or email to let us know. In fact, they have been calling us to sell a bundle with our car insurance even though our home policy was cancelled. Good thing none of these storms hit our home. We could have been in a bad situation. Poor, in fact, zero communication. Pretty sure they have to give you a notice if they are going to cancel a policy. Save yourself and go somewhere else! All they care about is sales and they will give you a big sales show to convince you and try to gain your trust. It's all just a show. Don't believe their lies! Blake, the owner sold it to us.
