They've improved with their social skills, physical endurance, and mental strength. We live in a beautiful world..but it can get pretty nasty. I feel more confident sending my kids out into it. The coaches and Professor especially will push you to become your best..to encourage you to go 10 steps further when you want to give up. Be in a place that will build you up not to tear you down.. these coaches will build you up and push you to find your inner strength when you feel like tearing yourself down. Fight to become a better version of yourself. Reaction MMA is an great place to start breaking down your walls and fighting those inner and outer fears. If you come in looking for info don't get scared away if you see a class going on. Stand near the door and take a peak. They are so focused on giving their best to their students. I have been attending classes at Sterling for several months. This is an overused statement, but if…read moreI could give 10 stars I truly would. My doctor recommended that I work in sauna time to lessen inflammation, my PT recommended I do yoga (since I'm not super accountable about doing my at home exercises and stretches) and both of them recommended I work on my mindfulness and lowering my stress levels. So, I decided to try and do all three at once with Sterling classes. Not only are there a multitude of types of yoga offered (I typically do Vinyasa, Sterling 60 and Hot Pilates) but classes are 7 days a week with enough time slots that even the busiest of us could find a couple a week that would work. One thing that held me back at first was the fact that I had never done yoga prior to signing up here. I was worried about looking foolish, not knowing what to do and not getting much physical fitness improvement, so I put off going for a long time. For those of you that feel the same, let me put you at ease: 1. Every single instructor has been incredible. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable, they really know what they are doing. Throughout class they keep up a solid flow of instruction on poses, breath work, mindfulness and encouragement. 2. I was really worried about looking dumb in front of other participants...no sweat (pun wasn't intended, but I'm leaving it in ). Everyone is so fully focused on their own poses and breathing to pay attention to what people are doing around them. Everything is at your own pace, so no matter where you are in life, these classes can be a huge benefit physically. Just from the stretching and flexibility from Vinyasa and Sterling 60 I have been able to cut back my PT visits from every week to every 2-3 weeks. 3. As far as the the other participants...everyone is happy to be there. When you walk in the door, you can tell there is just a general spirit of positivity and welcome, it's really uplifting. If you're hesitant to try it out, they run a great special for your first month, and you can go to as many classes as you'd like. I could go on and on about it, but you should come see for yourself. It's truly made a huge difference for me physically and mentally; I encourage everyone, from any background, to check it out!

I went to use the restroom, and when I came out, I was told that I could not start because it was over the five-minute grace period. My stomach was hurting, and there was no way I could hold it, which is already embarrassing. Being turned away so abruptly did not make me happy, especially since I had driven over 45 minutes just to get to the class. I was told I can't miss the first five minutes of class to ensure client safety, but I think it would put everyone at a safety risk if I were to have an accident and shit myself during warm-up. 12/27/21 I came to this class for the first time…read more Unfortunately running late due to parking issues. Isabel was the coach and she was so helpful. The class had already started, it's dark in the room with blue lights. Music is blasting with great beats to get you in the workout mood. There is only room for 15 max capacity, which is great for those that don't like crowded gyms. It's a class you have to sign up for, you can't just show up and attend unless there's someone that didn't show up or was super late. It is an intense workout class, but in a great way. You're testing your endurance on so many levels. I've never seen such a machine or ever tried one, but I loved it. They call it the, "sweat-Lana" which is funny to me being I'm Eastern European and Svetlana is one of my aunts' name. Overall, a great studio and very reasonable pricing. Stop by and get your workout on, you won't be disappointed.
