My personal problem is that the tree they were cutting down had grown into my chain link fence and while they were using their chainsaw to cut the trunk, they clipped several links in my fence. Not a huge problem in and of itself, but they never fixed the fence, offered to fix it, or even said as much as an I'm sorry. That is unacceptable for any business that wants to be considered reputable!

One year they sprayed on my tomato plants and they did offer me a credit for killing them as they cannot be eaten after being sprayed. Last summer I ordered a plant ($45) via internet as I could not find any locally to buy, and planted in my yard. It was doing beautifully until a lady who normally doesn't spray my yard, missed part of my back yard as I had to tell her. My plant died within two weeks and I am sure she intentionally sprayed it because she was ready to be done on my yard. I AM DONE WITH THIS PATHETIC COMPANY! They don't even spray your entire yard. No value and poor quality!!!
