Since finding this one we haven't been able to go anywhere else. It seems senseless. I can not be overstated how much we love the gelato here. On day trips we wait I til we get "home to Verona" to have gelato. I fell in love with the Amarena cherry with Grappa Amarone wine on top and my husband the liquirizo with cherry on top. Both heavenly flovour combinations. And the Grappa Amarone flavored I've yet to see anywhere else.

Unfortunately, it was on the icy side and not as smooth as gelato is supposed to be. Rum with Verona Cake Pieces- This was a fun unique flavor! You can taste the alcohol and the cake pieces provide a layer of texture. Unfortunately, it was also icy and not smooth. The flavors are great overall but the texture of the gelato needed improvement.
