The younger cashier and I always talk about school and ask each other about grades and such since we both go to the same college. Very nice, very helpful people! There are only a couple liquor stores right here on this side of Fry and I've been to each and none compare in customer service or selection.

I had the occasion to be part of a committee for a function where we needed to buy a bulk amount of liquor and one of my alumni friends suggested that we use Sunny's as he shopped there also. We went over and he introduced me to Sunny and he was very accommodating to our needs. He also beat the price for Spec's and we received an additional discount because we paid cash. Great price and huge variety for a small store! Even though it is a small location he has a large variety of brands. He has even suggested different types to try and gave us a few samples to taste. It allowed us to save money on our purchases and we will definitely use him again next year for our yearly function. One thing I like is every time I go there now, Sunny remembers me, it is a real personal feel.

I was able to purchase a bottle to share with local friends who may not be familiar with Kentucky bourbon and Tennessee whiskey. They also had a few allocated bottles visible. I also want to mention they had Luxardo cherries which have been a challenge to find locally. Heather's knowledge of wine is amazing and I purchased several bottles I have never tried based on her recommendations. I felt the prices were more than reasonable for an independent locally owned spirit store. I will be returning and this is where I will be purchasing all of my wine and spirits while I am here in the Katy/Houston area.
