I have called multiple times, sent a message through messenger as well as multiple messages through their Facebook page. Two weeks after I placed the order, one of my 9 calls did go through and I talked to someone live who said that they had the order and that they would be sending it out. May 1 was the first day that I sent something in writing and I have not gotten any reply to any message since. I finally have had to call my bank to get my money back. They are doing an investigation which takes up to 90 days. In the meantime, I am out of my $50+ that I spent on an item I never received. I just got word from my bank that Magnolia's claims they sent the merchandise. If they had answered my messages, they would have noticed pretty quickly that I never received it. This is abhorrent customer service. I asked either for a refund or the merchandise and at this point I've received nothing. I just sent all of this proof to my bank and I will see what happens next. If I could do zero stars I would. This is a warning to anyone who might want to shop here, at least online.

They were accommodating and happy to try different photos because I could not make up my mind which to use.
