Managers that demean you in front of customers lack leadership ability. Those managers are cancerous and shouldn't be managers at all. Each cooler door has a purple backlight, a very bright light that blinds. The store looks like a disco. Very bad management.

It's always the same staff bc the management there runs a fine oil machine and everyone is on top f everything. And they NEVER run out of coffees, WHIPPED CREAM, napkins, condiments and most of all their food is always fresh bc they are always busy and they also have the cleanliness store hands down!!! Not to mention I can make my iced mocha coffee just like other places but I like to drizzle my cup with choc and caramel, ice (not too full) add espresso 1-3 shots then pick whatever flavor creamers or flavors you want then add whatever concoction of coffee you want from French vanilla, mocha, nitro, or caramel. And on Monday's they are only 1.99 with your KT card then save points to get free coffees, hamburgers, chix sandwiches and all sorts of things.
