When I began to come to later that evening, I had severe pain in my left kidney. SEVERE. I have surgical medical training and looked at the urinary cath bag. There was blood all up and down the line. It was blocked! No one checked my line and it was kinked under the blanket and my gown. Also the bag needed to be changed. It was full of blood. I rang that damn buzzer to no end. I was in and out of consciousness and having trouble remaining awake. So I couldn't move. It took me several attempts and at least a half hour later for a girl to come and see me. She was snotty and rude. She left! Called again and another girl came in... I pointed to the line and she gasped for air LOUD. She immediately straightened it out and cleared the flow. God only knows what that backed up line (yes, forcing urine back up into my left kidney) did to my kidneys. To this day I have off and on pain on that side. I begged to be released very early the next morning and needed to stay but left early.

They will tell you if you pay all now there will be no further billing/bills in the mail later. After a few Months you will start to get bill from the Doctors or xray techs. See the hospital does not tell you their doctors are not included in the original billing.Its a total scam and the hospital should be ashamed of themselves !!!

At about 10:15 AM, I got an email telling me my appointment was cancelled and that I'd need to reschedule, WHILE I SAT IN THE WAITING ROOM. I am going to skip the details, other than to say I never saw my PA, she was AWOL from the practice, one person telling me she was scheduled off, the other telling me she didn't work there and never had. Dr. was not available - out of the office until October. Office manager was not available - hadn't come to work yet, at 10AM. If there was a way to give negative stars, I'd be doing that right now. Already found a new practice to see, they're finding time to fit me in Monday.

That is where the tables turn .......i layed there in the ER for twelve hours from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm waiting to be admitted and brought up to a room. Little did I know it was down here from there. After several days and missed medications and drugs I did not want it came down to where they would not release me until I told them I needed to see a legal representative from the hospital NOW. I was released shortly after thereafter and it has taken me nearly a week to recover physically and emotionally from the ill treatment I endured at this facility. It's hard to believe that in this day and age that this shoddy treatment of patients exists. I have spoken to several people that also have horrible experiences at this facility.
