I think as this kind of lock rarely breaks. They took out the old one with a drill to extract it and replace with a new one. They charged $678 for a low grade lock and the labor for extraction and installation. I feel it is a complete rip off. As I was out of town I couldn't fix it myself. I would warn anyone who needs similar service to avoid them. Don't get scammed, they are not worth it.
