I was battling with a 'sense of failure' as a father/husband/person due to what I thought was from financial pressures and a lack of empathy, accountability with my was breaking down my relationship with my wife. His counseling experience and deep knowledge of behavioral therapy identified a possible 'Complex Relational trauma response' disorder that my wife showed signs of displaying. Justin helped me understand her trauma response and how I was reacting to her issues with my own issues which triggered her fear, abandonment, frustration, mistrust, and gravitation to conflict which induced my own defensiveness reactions and anger. He provided me with my own personal tools to deploy on a regular basis. These helped me be nice to myself and appreciate my purpose and that I was actually doing my best to improve myself and provide love most importantly. Some of those solutions and tools such as meditation, mindfulness, self awareness/development created personal behavioral changes and coping strategies I now feel better about myself . After 10-15 minutes, she's able to pick up which chakras of mine are open and energies are flowing through, and which ones are blocked/slow. She also provided a report summary for me which was exceptional, everything was on point. I'm so grateful to have her to help me through my spiritual journey. I've been sitting on this review and trying to figure out how to describe my experience with Austin. In a nutshell, indescribable would be easy to say, but also the immediate feeling right after the session. I can breathe a bit better if not easier, weight on my shoulders feels lighter. And overall feels like I am freed by the 'mental shackles' that has had its hold on me for a long time. I thought my wife was long over due to be pampered at a Spa. Imagine my surprise when I was looking for Spa's that Amita Holistic Spa was up and running again. This was joyous news indeed. I called the number and spoke with Sumita. Once again she was wonderful and allowed for me to make special arrangements in person. I met her at her new location and I couldn't believe how inviting, relaxing and peaceful it was. I am so happy for you to have found such a nice tranquil place to take care of us. Sumita listened to my request and took care of everything very quickly. I was anxious because I had to wait a week ( by choice ) for my wife's special day. Sumita greeted us outside her Spa and you could just feel the positive energy coming from her. It was almost palpable. She led us to the back of her entrance through a heavily planted yard, with fountains and statues. It was so relaxing and peaceful Sumita took my wife inside to enjoy her Sacred Makana Healing. I was allowed to stay in the yard and meditate. I had a nice experience just enjoying her yard. My wife came out shining and smelling wonderful. 3 days later my car still smells great. My wife said her experience was even better than the 1st time. My wife was relaxed, happy and pain free. We had a great weekend and it all started with Amita Holistic Spa.
