Somos unos apasionados de la comida sencilla y a la brasa. La vuelta a los orígenes, a la comida que no necesita explicaciones, solo saborear, disfrutar. El fuego fue el mayor descubrimiento del Ser Humano, revolucionó la comunicación y la alimentación. No hay nada mejor que cocinar alrededor de un buen fuego y en compañía. Y es que donde hay buen humo de leña hay sabor. Cocinamos con pasión y con ganas de dar a comer platos deliciosos cocinados poco a poco. Te esperamos en la Brasería AL FOC. We are enthusiastic about simple grilled food. Our goal is to go back to our roots, where there is no need to describe the food, only to taste it an enjoy it.

La pasión por los buenos alimentos y la buena cocina es lo que ha inspirado Al Foc. Desde hace más de 15 años que cocinábamos para otros, probando diferentes técnicas y conociendo como se comportan los alimentos con el fuego y las brasas. Los sabores que dejan las distintas maderas en los alimentos, en las carnes.
