My Fiancee and i were in a long hunt for the perfect home (long because we wanted THE BEST and also in Toronto haha) and we were happy to have Susi be there every step of the way with us. As first time home owners we were new to the market (especially the Toronto market). We were eager and just wanted to get our foot into the door but also find that special first home. Prior to selecting our agent we had some long and grueling questions prepared for the candidates we wanted to select. Susi was great at meeting with us prior to our selection and was very helpful when meeting. She walked us through her experience, her strategies and the paperwork we would potentially see when purchasing our home. Susi was extremely friendly but will tell you things straight up. She is quick in responding to text messages/emails (sometimes even faster than my best friends/fiancee!) and she works above and beyond/ always accommodating our needs (working weekends, late nights, birthdays of her kids/husband (so sorry Susi!!)) Within the time span of 6 months, looking at 30+ homes, being very excited on one home that didn't fall through (on our part because we knew it wasn't the perfect home just yet..), we finally found the perfect home. Susi made the whole offer process very easy. She prepped us with her plan prior to going into the bidding war (bidding war of 6 other offers!) and she sold us to the sellers genuinely and perfectly. We closed our deal with great success and everything has been smooth sailing to the end of the whole process. During the period between the closing date, Susi was always there when we had questions and was always ontop of her game when we requested our visits. After we moved in, she also made sure everything was going smoothly and we were comfortable. Great person to reassure that this purchase was the one for us. Susi also offers free lock changes and home inspection(only on your first offer house- so make sure that house is the one!) She was also great with providing us boxes for our move! Susi will be our go-to real estate agent now and i am so happy to not only have made a great partner in the real estate market but also friend!
