The Harira arrived. It was a small bowl of Moroccan soup with a mixture of small pieces of vegetables in a delicious broth. The Orange Salad with endive lettuce was perfect with a nice topping of pecorino cheese. The third tasting of Roasted Cauliflower with a spicy sauce was delivered. Didn't know how I was going to like this dish because cauliflower is not one of my favorites. It was delicious. The last taste little dish arrived and it was another beauty - perfectly cooked pieces of pork belly with wasabi mashed potatoes with a bit of broccolini. Four excellent dished.
