I would know because with nouria you work too good they punish ya for being too good at your job and if your really really good like should get raise good then they don't give us raise and if they do it's the typical no more than a dollar raise. The first time I came to get gas she came running outside and accused me of keeping my car running (twice) when I reassured her my car was off and it was. I later went inside and told her this and she basically called me a liar. The second time I went I was pumping and went into my car to gather up some trash and she turned my pump off...with using the speaker or anything I walked inside and she told me I had to stand by the pump or she was shutting it off. I've been a customer for over 20 years and I've never been treated with such disrespect....I will take my shell business elsewhere as long as she's working there.

This gas station used…read moreto be open twenty four hours then when COVID hit, they started closing at midnight, then at the beginning of the busy summer season, they started closing at ten o'clock. There used to be very friendly employees here but they left and it's been a rotating door of unhappiness. Some obviously hate their job while others hate the customers as well. When the pumps changed to reading chip cards, they couldn't actually read any chip cards but also wouldn't run the cards' magnetic strips either so you had to go inside to run your card. I thought the point of paying with plastic was to avoid waiting in line while people ahead of you were indecisive about which ten scratch tickets they wanted to waste their money on. Well, that problem was solved but now after reading your card, the screen asks for your Irving Rewards card. If you don't have one, you have two-thirds of a second to hit "NO" before it says "invalid card" and you have to cancel the transaction, pull your wallet back out, and start from the beginning. I'm sure it's an easy problem to fix but the people who work there seem to feel removing all their piercings and jewelry for TSA is more fun than getting paid to work there.

As I was inside last night picking up sodas for my bestie & I, I was greeted several times by working staff saying "hello" to me & when I walked up to the counter to purchase my items I was asked "how are you?." It's nice to be acknowledged when you walk into a business vs. being ignored. I walked by this amazing pastry cabinet & this big, piece of a carrot cake caught my attention. Everything else inside looked yummy & fresh. I had to control my sweet tooth temptation & keep walking. They have an awesome soda station & they even carried caffeine free diet coke. (I prefer to drink this to limit my caffeine intake) They carry one of those machines that is touch screen operated & have several selections of sodas to choose from. They also have coffee, tea & those slushy drinks. The store was big & roomy and I found it to be very clean. They have all sorts of snacks, booze, non-alcoholic drinks & they even carry an assortment of gift cards. It's located in a busy intersection off Elwyn Rd & Lafayette Rd. The gas pumps were pretty busy. I've never seen a gas station so busy (in a good way) before, not even when it was the Mobil. Now don't get me wrong, I didn't have to wait in a line as things move pretty smoothly inside nor did I see people's cars lining up for gas.
