It had a crispy exterior and was melted and gooey on the inside, so good. The baked cod and duck were both cooked well and had great flavours. But our favourite dish was actually the white asparagus. It was presented with a brown butter emulsion that made it taste soooo different from any other way I've had asparagus. It was surprising to me that I liked a vegetable dish as much as I liked this one! The cooking was very good, but I cannot tell for sure that I felt like in Greece. I blame the raw material for this, which are very had to find in Denmark (especially during the winter). I liked the snails, the garlic sauce (skordalia) and saganaki the most. The baked lamp was also very good. I think is a great option to dine there, but reaching the location is a challenge if you have no car and live far.
