However, as an invasive species, the White Amur Grass Carp had the potential to disrupt the local ecosystem if not managed properly. But my honey's diligence and wisdom prevailed. After extensive consultations with experts, it was decided that these fish, when introduced to the closed system pond, would not pose a threat to the environment. She contacted them, ordered the fish and we picked them up at Robertsdale Feed and Seed on the arranged date and time. We brought those dozen fish back and ceremoniously released them, wished them well and hope we have a mutually rewarding and beneficial outcome.
