He gave us a detailed, accurate estimate, build plan, and supply list. He walked us through all the options for construction and modified his plan to suit our requests. The Craftsman Initiative's pricing will be hard to beat--very reasonable. Jake also ordered supplies & set up delivery. When it arrived, he took inventory and worked out missing items with the supplier (their fault). Jake has a superb work ethic, and is honest as the day is long. Arrives on time and works hard all day. He cleans his work area when he departs for the day, and is superb about communicating his progress and work schedule--all rare qualities . . . His craftsmanship as a carpenter is impressive. He added hip roof/awning on our deck, and it looks superb! My wife loves it!! Sturdily built. In an era where it's becoming hard to find reliable craftsman to even show up, Jake is a breath of fresh air.
