We got to experience the ole "brisket on the board" as soon as we walked in, and of course, we decided to scoop up a few sammies to eat when we reached out hotel. It was the perfect welcome snack for us! Outside of the brisket, we went ahead and scooped up hotel room snacks and drinks. We planned on doing that at a store near the hotel, but when in Rome... Yes, the restrooms are only available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Note that this is not the standard rest area at the side of the highway.
