I really like the service that allows me to stop in any day and receive the car wash without having to go through the process of selecting and paying for the wash each time. The system has a camera that recognizes my car tag and the gate lifts without further input. The employees are ready to pre-wash the front, back and windshield and back glass. The entire wash takes less than 10 minutes. I don't live close by the car wash but I drive past it two if three times esch week which makes it possible to stop in and get a fresh wash any time. Awesome first-time experience! Brittany came out to the payment machine and guided this first-timer through the process. Two employees prewashed much of the van before the machines took over. Nice wash! After wash, they offer free use of microfiber cloths and cleaning spray. I cleaned up inside windshield and tops of side windows that are covered by rain guards. Brittany mentioned vacuuming my van. No kidding? Free use of vacuum too? Well, why not. Brittany went above and beyond in friendless, helpfulness, and overall personality. I pulled up at 6:30PM & was not sure if the wash was still open or not because of how late it was. The two young individuals, a male and female were there & gladly told me to pull on up. They both were were very friendly. I never come through the car wash that late at night but as a single Mom of four-year-old, my car has been a mess for weeks. this was only the second time I have gone to Alabaster Car Wash. the first time, the employees were super to explain the options, etc. and surprised me by hitting a few of the worse spots with a mop of soapy water! I was offered a free $20 hot wax wash for my next visit which I took advantage of today! My car feels so much better! it was a very calming experience for me also! I'm definitely giving it 5 stars, so I take my Jeep Wrangler through car washes and if anyone owns one knows that they don't using get everything on them just the way their shaped but this car wash definitely took more off than any other car wash. This particular car wash is so efficient. As soon as you drive up, they are ready to began the car wash. Easy to get and easy to get out. We have a monthly plan with them that saves us money and occasionally get a special coupon for waxing. Which is great. Glad to changed to this car wash. read more
