My husband scheduled this company to come out and do a deep, move in type clean for 4 hours and everything we wanted them to focus on was pretty much not cleaned. My main focus was the inside of the cupboards/drawers, inside the fridge and bathrooms cleaned. The cupboards & fridge still had debris from the previous owners. 2 ladies showed up to my home for the scheduled cleaning. When they began to clean I noticed the rags they were cleaning with were filthy. When confronted about it, I was told that it was their policy to reuse all rags and at time they had to use the same rags to clean restrooms and kitchens. After they were done they remained parked outside of my home and when asked if they were okay I was told they had to spend their lunch breaking in the car and are not allowed by their boss to do otherwise. I will never use this service again. I refuse to hire a company with little regard to sanitary practices and even worse the way they treat their employees. read more

Horrible! Hired this company and my floors, counters and appliances were all streaked. I asked the cleaner to re clean these things and she put her rag in a dirty bucket of water and wiped my counters again. I asked her why she wasn't using clean water and she said the chemicals they use should prevent streaks. I will never use this company again! Total ripoff! read more
