In fact the paint looked fresh, carpet was ok, place was decorated decently. The skating rink was decent and the shoes- well they're rental shoes so not the best by a long shot - they have rollerblades if you want for extra $- still expect rental shoe quality. We were shafted out of our go cart rides (thanks rain) but were offered other activities to do- rock wall climbing- bouncy kid house thing- or jumping on trampolines with bungee cords. The kid house thing was a huge hit with the littles. The other stuff we didn't do - nobody wanted to. The video game area is pretty small but good i thought. The staff was very very nice but if you schedule a party here they seem kind of rush rush when your having you r cake and pizza stuff. They need more party rooms. That would prob help. They let us bring in a fruit tray which was awesome cuz some places don't. I would do it again. *edit * My partner actually complained to me about for 40 min straight about how crappy the food court area was- took like 30 minutes to wait for a couple of pretzels, pizza was sh*tty, if somebody had an order ahead of yours forget it. He said all that junky good should be already ready and not made to order in an airfryer, takes too long. He also complained about how rushy the place was in using the party room. He said the hostess needed to stop hassling us about getting stuff done-might as well said 'hurry tf up and finish your pizza & get out'. Said the whole organization was chaotic & "completely inefficient". I mean I didn't see it that way but I'm not all tightly wound up. At least not on that day.

I am absolutely disgusted by what happened at Skate Station tonight…read more My six-year-old daughter was using a skate assist while skating on the roller rink. The rental period for the skate assist had come to an end, and an employee from skate rental came onto the rink to retrieve it. He came onto the rink while my daughter was at the inside wall and took the skate assist from her. I was on the complete opposite side of the rink watching her skate, nowhere near her. He then left her there clinging to the wall, screaming and crying because she could not skate by herself. She is SIX YEARS OLD. I understand that the rental period for the skate assist had ended. That is not the issue. The issue is that he removed the skate assist she was relying on while she was still on the rink and left her without a way to safely get around or get to me. If an employee needs to retrieve a rented skate assist from a child who is still on the rink, the absolute bare minimum should be making sure that child has a safe way to get off the rink before taking it away. Instead, he took the skate assist and walked away. When I confronted him, he tried to justify his actions rather than acknowledging what had happened or recognizing how unacceptable it was to leave a six-year-old stranded without her skate assist. I immediately spoke with the manager. Unfortunately, I was equally disappointed by how management handled the situation. The manager went over and spoke with the employee, who appeared to be his buddy, but I saw no meaningful accountability, no genuine apology, and no indication that management understood the seriousness of what had just happened. I am not upset that the skate assist rental ended. I am upset that an employee removed a skate assist from a six-year-old child and left her clinging to the wall, terrified, screaming and crying for help because she could not skate independently, while her mother was on the other side of the rink. There is a massive difference between retrieving rental equipment and safely transitioning a child away from that equipment. My daughter deserved to be treated with care and dignity. Instead, she was left crying against the wall while the employee walked away with the very thing she needed to skate. That should never happen to another child.

Simply an experience not worth having unless you're willing to spend quite a bit of cash. Great for skating if you're single, not worth it for families. Also, rollerblading in Lake City is cheaper. It's crazy how you pay for admission as well as each individual attraction...and yet their facility is well under-maintained.

I would assume their lack of business may be caused by half of their arcade machines not working, or maybe their customers were tired of paying value meal prices for cheap, fried food. For me, I won't be visiting again because I won't be paying to go somewhere where the owner puts her hand in my face and speaks to me as if I were a 6 year-old before I even get a chance to say my first word to her. I was on a road trip and just settled into my hotel for the night. When I soon realized there is a skating rink open nearby. I had a blast the floor was great. I love that it was adult night the grove was awesome. The music was flowing, and my dance moves were on point. Keep up the great job. We loved our date night.

The staff were nice and helpful, and there was plenty of parking. The only downside was that most of the arcade games weren't working. But for skating and a low-stress birthday party, it did the job. They also have a little play area, a rock climbing wall, mini golf and they offer food for purchase.

The pricing was a bit high, but I at least had a really good time. Staff seemed nice, even slowed down some fast skaters that almost bowled us over. So overall, good experience!
